Very nice hotel to stay.Good climate.Cooperative staff.Good breakfast every time.Hot water in time. Prakash Khandekar sqm Pune

Rooms are not okay. Receptionist was arrogant when I checked in at 7am & was not sounding with hospitality. Not agreed & ready for guest's convenience. In room no towel, Toilet soap, Tooth brush and paste not provided. Drinking water also was not readily available. Next for food, breakfast will be complimentary with serving idlis only. Food quality below average. Bread was not available & the attendant at restaurant told the management asked him reply accordingly. The electric fittings are not user friendly. Some coding type electrical switches are provided & for use we have call housekeeping. Hotel is not not worthy staying.

Rooms are good but very limited quantity of breakfast items and have to wait 15 mins each refill after it runs out. Need some improvements in breakfast areas

Hotel is good .Food from the restaurant is tasty .I tried Nonveg - Chicken tikka wrap .It's good . Complementary breakfast .Good to stay

Very good location in the city area. Large clean and spacious rooms. Housekeeping is good, however room service is slow. There is a reason for that. The hotel's restaurant is closed for renovation. There is a functional kitchen but not very efficient, so orders placed take very long to be served. However, because of the location, one can find many good places nearby to have meals. The hotel's rooms make up for a good staying experience. There is also ample good and safe parking facilities available for your vehicle.
