Grand Sarovar Portico

Actually I wanted to give 0 star. Very horrible experience I have with this so called 4star hotel. 1) AC in the room wasn't working, when reported they asked us to turn on the fan if I wanted to use fan then I could have selected a normal lodge instead of your so called 4star hotel. Later they said we will allocate another room, in another room also ac wasn't working and that room was stinking like a public toilet. 2) Morning i went to the reception and informed that i couldnt manage to sleep and still awake as ac isn't working and in room feel like a pressure cooker and help me by giving solution again they asked me to wait for 1 hour. Immediately I have reported this issue to sarovar portico higher management on an email and the response was hotel was sold out yesterday due to which we couldn't manage to allocate a room to you. But the fact was that wasn't the case. Overall terrible/horrible/0 star experiance.

Very worst hotel in ever stayed all staffs ate very attitude they never respond even they will not pick the phone in night and not provided water in room for emergency also Not safe to stay such hotel Hope the mangemnt and Mangeers are useless

At 23.30 hrs: No development after 12 hrs in room ac condition. What a rubbish service. At 9.30hrs: With such a good name and highest rates, but rooms are having issues with AC, Morning tea was a disaster

Checked in on 17th dec morning at 6.30 am. Room alloted. When entered found it was not made after last occupant left. After a 45 min wait new room was alloted. Wanted housekeeping for iron box, no reply had to ask reception who then organised. For breakfast wanted to eat Chole puri. As puri were finished waited on the table with the chole for 20 minutes, still no sign of the puri which the staff said will be bought to me. Before leaving checked the buffet and puri were still not replenished. In the evening wanted to order soup, room service after continously trying intermittently for 30 minutes , spoke to the reception who then made room service call me. Your infrastructure is great for a city lije latur, but service is PATHETIC. Ajoy David

Staff at reception at the time of check-in was rude. AC in the restaurant in morning wasn't working. Overall okish experience.

I just went through this hotel for a family function in which i got some mixed feedback from relatives and guests which i am going to post here honestly. 1. Management and staff is so polite and cooperative. 2. Cleanliness is great. 3. AC effect gone down in between the function for some time. 4. Stage decoration is ok, not great for taking photos ahead of it or taking compliments from attending people. 5. IMP food is not as great as expected from hotel like this rather expensive per plate. And food is SOUL of any function which is only concern of guests. 6. Changing rooms are at another floor but rooms given in package are great. 7. Package is great but plates above package felt expensive for which the food taste and serving matters. 8. Overall nice but only thing is hotel should do with its food taste quality and serving methods with slowly acting catering boys. 9. 4 Stars out of 5. One Star obviously gone for food at which it costs to us.

Beautiful hotel comfortable room here for stay , best hotel in latur ,staff is helpful specially thanks to manager taufiq.
