Heaven Hill Resort

I went to this resort with my girlfriend around 2 PM. I had made the full payment in advance, thinking we would spend a peaceful and private evening together. Everything was going fine... until suddenly, at 5 PM, the staff came and told us to leave immediately.

This is pure cheating and extremely unprofessional behavior. The staff was rude and had no sense of hospitality. Please stay away from this place. It's a total waste of money and time. Zero value for customers. Totally disappointing!

There was no prior information, no call, no message--nothing! When asked why, they simply said, "The day shift is over, so you need to leave now." What kind of excuse is that after taking full payment?

This resort is an experience and an experience worth having. Everything, from the services, management, rooms and staff were very nice, cooperative and helpful. The pool area was a delight! I really appreciate the cleanliness and maintenance of the same. The tree house is so well built with all utilities. Best part was the peace and quite of the place surrounded with nature. Highly highly recommended.

Worst experience ever, very expensive no facilities, Ac doesn't work as it should, they dont provide you with drinking water or toiletries no extra towel, tv remote wasn't working fine the basic channel also didn't have subscription when asked about the same they replied "yaha complimentary paani nahi milta or channel jo free hai wahi rahega" no matter they are of hindi or some different language. While checkout no one was present at the reception. The price is too high if you consider the services

One of the best resort I ever seen and excellent service

This is a amazing place to relax in a very close vicinity from Mumbai, having specious, neat & clean rooms. Staff here was very cooperative & courteous. Swimming pool was quite big & nicely maintained. Delicious food & breakfast was served here. Owner of this place & his family members were very interactive & helpful. They also have a facility to stay in a tent in the near by camping site .
