I took class trip to Shivneri fort and we 40 people stayed there for a night. They offer a good service to us. Food was so delicious and yummy both veg and non veg. Also they provide us campfire. We had a very nice experience. Hotel staff is also friendly and helpful.

The worst catering service provided by the hotel.We bulk order unlimited veg thali for 50 people at a cost of 120 per thali. We placed a lunch order 2-3 hours in advance to receive on time after returning from our trek. We did not receive our orders on time, and we also received bad service throughout lunchtime. Sometimes roti, dal, and rice are delayed.
