Card payment is not working. Ac was not working properly and had to Handle AC manually. There is no smart tv.. tv is available but channels are not subscribed.. wifi will not be properly.. there is no inter phone attached.. you will have to call them on cell phone but either their phone will be out of coverage or yours.. finally you have to get down at reception. Overpriced and they will ask VAT it's not mentioned on the menu card as well it will be informed later.. please ask them before ordering..rooms are uncleaned.. bathroom door is not working.. please stay away. No staff available, we had to run all over asking for a menu card. Very bad choice.. lot of hassle..Ratnagiri ka nam badanam karne baithe hai

Very bad service l. I will not recommend it at all. Booked 2rooms for 7200 after discount. Had booked executive room with bathtub. 1. Rooms are not clean. 2. Bad smell all over hotel and in room 3. Found cockroach on bed 3. No lift 4. No mineral water 5. Hot water available only in morning 6. No staff to help to carry luggage Only plus points were enough parking space and hotel is near to bhatye beach

Anand Hotel was a great choice for my stay! The location was convenient, close to local attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. My room was clean and comfortable, Overall, I had a lovely experience and would recommend it to others!

The staff was very co operative. My friend was having fever The owner himself taken him to the Doctor in his car at 11 pm. Cleanliness and Food is also good.

It was worst experience ever had. They didn't even provide mineral water and said it's chargeable. In goibibo the room pics are too clean and feels expensive but in real everything is just horrible We had spend late night outside just not to go to the hotel. Will never ever visit this again.

Good quality food in the restaurant well maintain hygiene awesome view And clean rooms and bathrooms....I recommended this hotel for family...
