Hotel Crown Imperial

I would give zero stars if I could. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. The entire place was extremely unhygienic -- it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Dust, stains, foul odors... it was honestly disgusting. The rooms were filthy, the bathroom was in terrible condition, and nothing felt safe or sanitary. On top of that, the hospitality was shockingly bad. Staff were unresponsive, unhelpful, rude and made no effort to address the concerns raised. If you care about cleanliness, comfort, or basic human decency, avoid this place at all costs. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Amazing Stay at Hotel Crown Imperial I had a fantastic experience at Crown Imperial From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of fresh options. The service was exceptional, and the team went above and beyond to make my stay special. I highly recommend Crown Imperial to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning!

Very pathetic service. Account manager is very rude and very illiterate the person sitting in bar. At the time of booking rate is different and at the time of check in they charged very high price. Not at all recommended for family. Room is also not maintained. Bad Smell is all over hotel

One of the favourite joints for the working community of Chakan, where they hang out during post work hours and unwind over drinks and food. Ambience is good. Food menu suits the pockets of upper middle class customers. Chicken malwani was good Ample parking.

The worst experience ever as a hotel ! The reviews are mostly of restaurants. It's not a hotel in basic sense. They have a bar cum resturant and few rooms as well. If you book the rooms, don't expect any basic infrastructure or professionalism. Even for generating bills, they will behave like it's something very new to them !

The hotel rooms and bathrooms were not at all clean. Despite of requesting for a re-wash no sign of cleanliness. Seems like the bath-tubs installed never got the first servicing / maintenance.

We had business meeting in Kurli and we were searching a good restaurant to have lunch and trip advisor helped me to shoe this hotel under 'near me'||Though some feedback's were not good, we decided to explore ||Ordered food, received in time & taste was superb. Liked very much ||Worth visiting in this area

Not Family Friendly. It's a Resto-Bar and strictly not recommended if travelling with Family and Kids. Service is pathetic or I would say non existing. Food is bad quality. Parking is not secure. Best for College going Individuals or Guys with Party plans only.
