Zara's Resort

I had a wonderful stay at Zara's Resort! The location was absolutely stunning--peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The staff was incredibly warm and hospitable, always ready to assist with a smile. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. There were plenty of activities to enjoy, whether you wanted to unwind by the pool or explore the surrounding area. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with great service and beautiful surroundings. I'll definitely be coming back!

The spacious rooms and serene surroundings added to the comfort and relaxation of the stay. The poolside area and gardens were well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the festivities. Our experience at this resort was unfortunately underwhelming. While we were looking forward to a relaxing and enjoyable stay, we couldn't help but feel that the room we received was overpriced for what it offered. It lacked the level of comfort and attention to detail that one might expect at this price point.||Adding to the disappointment was the food. It was, at best, average and didn't leave a lasting impression. When visiting a resort, we believe that meals play a significant role in the overall experience, and unfortunately, this aspect fell short.||The resort itself had potential, but these factors overshadowed what could have been a great getaway. For the price we paid, we had expected a much higher standard of quality and service.||Regrettably, based on our experience, this is not a place we would consider returning to in the future. There are many other options that provide better value for money and a more enjoyable experience.||It's always disappointing when expectations aren't met, especially when you're looking forward to a special trip. We hope the resort takes feedback like this to heart and makes improvements for future guests.

It was a excellent experience we all had. Food was super delicious. Event planned for the new year was great and thank you for involving each and every one around. We welcomed this year 2025 with lovely people and Zara resort. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Best resort in it's class in Khandala and Lonavala, great food, well maintained, great service. Family friendly and children will love it too as it has a separate pool for kids and has numerous animals like horses, ducks, etc.

My experience in this resort was really good and quite peaceful , staffs are very helpful and attentive. Best thing I like about the resort is the cleanliness and the level of maintenance is superb. Will surely return |Thank you for your hospitality

We had an offsite for a leadership team at Zara. The staff and food is good. Rooms are good, clean and hygienic. However , maintenance is an issue in some room as few acs were not working. Also, the staff was selective while becoming flexible about allowing certain things. Overall a good place for offsite and also for a stay.
