From the moment I arrived the staff was warm welcoming and incredibly attentive. |Check in was seamless with a room upgrade and I was promptly escorted to a beautifully maintained room that was spotless spacious and tastefully decorated. |Breakfast was a treat offering both variety and quality .|The only shortfall was a hair dryer in the bathroom and shower gel.

Amazing location ambience excellent. Restaurants served really variety of tasty cuisines and sports activities were awesome especially the e zone indoor activities. The buffet spread was tasty and bike rides were exciting. I would like to mention Tejas Chhajed really the duty manager made sure we had a comfortable stay right from the entry to exit. He guides us very well and was always one call away. His warm nature and friendly approach made us feel really relaxed and just like home. I must say resort is very well maintained.

The Sky Garden is truly an incredible place! Celebrating my birthday there was one of the best experiences ever--unforgettable and special. The staff were friendly, and the food quality was excellent. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend everyone to visit at least once and create some unforgettable memories.

Must must visit place .. the experience was awesome and the people (employees) are so hospitable. My niece also got her baby food ready from their kitchen. Would like to mention a few employees who made our stay an unforgettable experience. So thank you to Saki... Rucha... the restaurants managers and staff sorry forgot their names. A special mention to Saki ..she is awesome!! Also, must try their Italian bistro named Villa Bistro :)

The rooms were luxurious and well-maintained, and the food was excellent with a variety of options to suit different tastes. What truly stood out was the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. I had a wonderful stay at Della resort--the room was outstanding. The room was spotless and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were high-quality. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the coffee maker, in room dining service and toiletries. Housekeeping was attentive and friendly. It felt like the staff truly cared about making my birthday more special. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Lonavala.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the recent stay I booked at Della Resort on 17th April for my sister. I was genuinely excited about this surprise, confident that she and her family would enjoy a relaxing and luxurious experience. Unfortunately, the reality was far from expectations. Firstly, my brother-in-law suffered a minor accident in the swimming pool due to broken tiles. Shockingly, there was no immediate assistance or concern shown by the staff. When my sister asked for a complaint or feedback form, her request was ignored completely. Additionally, I had opted for a Dinner & Breakfast package, but the breakfast service was abruptly wrapped up before 10:00 AM, without any effort to check if guests had availed it. When they asked for a soft drink (Coca-Cola), they were told multiple times that it would be charged extra -- despite having paid a significant amount, including a 5,000 security deposit over and above the room charges. The room itself was lavish and well-maintained, but the service and hospitality were extremely poor -- far below what one would expect from a resort of this repute. What was meant to be a joyful and memorable stay turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience for my sister. I strongly advise others to reconsider if they are planning a surprise stay for their loved ones at Della. The hype does not match the service delivered.

We recently went on an official retreat to Della Resort in Lonavala. The property is beautifully maintained and known for its excellent hospitality. One of the highlights is its accessibility -- nearly every venue, including Cafe 24 and the reception area, has wheelchair-friendly entrances. The resort offers exceptional service, with staff going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable and memorable experience. Surrounded by lush greenery and tranquil hills, the location is truly picturesque -- an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are luxurious and well-kept. That said, there were a few drawbacks worth mentioning: a) During our 4-day stay, the food was repetitive and lacked variety. Unfortunately, it was also quite bland. b) The pricing felt steep, not only for the rooms but also for the spa, in-house games and activities. c) We requested yoga mats but were told they weren't allowed, which was disappointing. d) The swimming pool was in poor condition -- instead of proper tiles, it had a mat-like layer at the bottom, which was uncomfortable while swimming. On a positive note, the Vega show stood out as the highlight of our stay. It was truly value for money, with incredibly talented artists and outstanding performances. Overall, Della Resort is a great option whether you're planning a luxury retreat, an adventure-filled trip, or a corporate event. Highly recommended -- though there is certainly room for improvement in the areas mentioned above.
