The food was a standout, with a variety of vegetarian dishes that our guests thoroughly enjoyed. The menu was customized to our preferences. The service staff were polite and efficient, ensuring the event ran smoothly, and they even accommodated last-minute requests like extra seating with ease. The hotel's location, just 1.9 km from Gondia Junction Railway Station, was convenient for our out-of-town guests, and the free parking was a big plus. The ambiance of the venue was refreshing, with a spacious lobby and clean, well-maintained facilities that added a touch of elegance to the occasion. We also booked a few rooms for family, which were spacious, clean, and equipped with modern amenities. Overall, The Grand Sita made our naming ceremony memorable with its excellent service, great food, and versatile event spaces. It's a top choice in Gondia for special occasions, and we'd happily recommend it to others.

A Perfect Venue for a Reception Ceremony! We recently hosted our reception at Grand Sita Hotel and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The venue was beautifully decorated, and the ambiance was perfect for our celebration. The banquet hall was spacious and elegantly set up, accommodating all our guests comfortably. The Manager (Supriyo Sir) was extremely professional and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly. From the event planning team to the servers, everyone was courteous and efficient. The food was another highlight--every dish was delicious, and our guests couldn't stop praising the variety and quality. The hotel also provided excellent accommodation for our out-of-town guests, making their stay comfortable.

hotel is good but staff is not that good. We were leaving at 1:30 am midnight after a engagement. Asked hotel staff to give 4-5 water bottles as it was in buffet in hotel . But hotel refused and said water is finished. Hotel staff is not even worth 1 star
