They don't have backup electricity Also Ac on 16 not colling Owner is rude and no service provided by hotel staff Very dirty rooms Suggest to don't waste money on this hotel room.

Decent Hotel with Restaurant in town and ideal place for good food & celebrations. Few rooms are available for lodging which are better option if you want night out. Spacious Furnished rooms, clean bed & bathroom is the plus point for the hotel. Little improvement is required in service segment. Actually the name of the place if Hotel Royal Orchid. Recommend for travellers.

This hotel is nice option for stay in Gondia. Location was good and local transport easily available to reach here. Room was well maintained with nice interior. Cleaning was good too. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was slightly more.
