Royal 7 Seven Beach Front Resort

Located on Kondivle beach, the resort has 7 rooms and has an ample amount of space for relaxing. DRINKING ALCOHOL is NOT ALLOWED in this resort. This is a beach touch resort. The resort does not have food facilities. But you can get food just nearby around 30-40 meters. You can go to Manjerekar Khanaval which is just beside. For breakfast you can have Amboli, ghavne and Modak speciality in this area.

It is probably the WORST resort I've EVER stayed at. First thing when I opened the door of the room a very unpleasant smell welcomed me Then I checked the cupboards and the bed which seemed okay Then I found out that the unpleasant smell came from the washroom The washroom smelled dirty and inside the bucket I found a whole lot of bugs and insects Then I was going to sleep and when I pulled the blanket there were about 7-8 insects lying Then we don't even have proper reception Overall Overpriced,Unhygienic,Dirty

One of the best place to stay their beds are super comfy and cosy blanket with proper cleanliness maintained at property. Owner Tahseen bhai is very calm, caring and amazing host.rooms are just infront of beach and that beach is clean,crowdfree it's like hidden beauty if you are coming from diveagar you will see the beautiful view from the ghat towards property. Only one road in front and then boom you are on the beach we loved the property so much that we stayed more than a week and still wanted to go to the same place during new year. Pricing is very very reasonable trust me. If you want hygiene, budget friendly, with nature natural beauty just visit and enjoy the stay. We enjoyed the stay since he allowed us to cook the food outside we bought our own set up and enjoyed. If he is allowing and providing us best so being guest we must also follow the rules You will get water bottles, fresh blankets extra matteres breakfast on demand and they are helpful. During night due to light if the outside door remains little open very small insects you might see which is completely okay. One can avoid closing windows and main room door. Since property is very close to beach accept such small things which are part of nature.

The best pocket friendly resort on Aarvi beach. Accessible to the beach. Luxurious rooms. Good staff.

The place Aravi beach itself is very clean, it is more than a village which reminds of our childhood when I had been to this Vacation Home stay. Every thing is natural.The room is spacious with all amenities. Mainly the owner is very friendly and we discussed many pros and cons and also discussed many probability to increase tourism in this area. It is an totally isolated place. Food arrangement need to be done by ownself. It is good if you need to spare some time with nature. Good for night photography.

This is more of a home stay than a resort. Room are clean and bigger. Overall the premises is neat and clean. No food served by owner so you need to roam around. Though in front of beach, the waves are blocked by rocks so you need to move a little south to enjoy the beach, hence the location is not as perfect.

We had recently been to this place along with family... the rooms are indeed spacious and clean... location is serene... The owner was so damn helpful and polite... Had a total amazing trip.

A nice stay option. We went there during an off-season time, so we got rooms at affordable prices. The rooms are comfy and the view is good too. The beach is right next to the resort, so 5 stars for the location.
