Treebo Balaji Residency, Kolhapur

My stay at Treebo Balaji Residency was good. The location is convenient, being about 750 meters from the Mahalkshmi temple and 500 meters from good lunch and dinner options. The 5-person bedroom was spacious and met my expectations. The hotel provides Wi-Fi and a complimentary breakfast with a decent spread, including Pohe, Sabudana Khichdi, Fruits, Bread butter, tea, and coffee. The only issue was one uncomfortable mattress, which could be replaced. Overall, I had a good stay with my family. This Treebo Balaji Residency stay reminded me of another pleasant hotel experience where the staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating and the room was comfortable

Hello,my parents stayed here for one night and it was a nice experience. First of all the place is located centrally and you can get a rickshaw outside of the hotel. Car parking space available. The room was big enough and clean including the toilet. Breakfast was on time and qty was fulfilling. Overall all value for money and recommend.

I stayed for one night as per rate hotel is not clean , bathroom were badly maintained, room floor was not cleaned. No amenities in shower area . I checked in late so ask for late check-out for an hour for darshan but my request was not considered. Not enough car parking space . No breakfast sitting arrangements. They have one lift which is always busy . Not worth to stay .

Absolutely loved my stay! The food was excellent, and the breakfast spread was superb. Service was exceptional - very friendly and prompt. Just a short 10-minute walk from Mahalakshmi Temple, which is a big plus. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this place!

Room were not clean floor was dirty . Pillows cover were not changed also bed sheet was dirty .Not enough space for parking. Breakfast arrangments were on terrace which was inconvenient as they have one lift which is alway busy and no space to sit and have breakfast. We booked as its close to mandir . Bathroom was dirty and bucket was also dirty .No shower amenities. Towel was torn and dirty . Not worth for stay Just stay for one night but will not recommend.

The location and rooms are good but the service is very poor. Reached at night and no one even picked up the call despite informing them will be late to reach. Secondly, no one to carry luggage to the room even and we had to carry our own luggage during stay and departure both. The complimentary breakfast is below average. Even for tea in morning you have to wait until they set up the so called complimentary breakfast for you to have tea. Overall, the room quality is above average and decent but services are very very poor. It is not at all worth the cost at which they charge for the rooms.

The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, featuring a small work desk for added convenience. Each room includes a complimentary bottle of water along with tea and coffee pouches. Overall, it was a great experience staying at this hotel. There is a mosque nearby, so you may hear the early morning Azaan, but aside from that, there were no issues.

Location - perfect, walking distance to the temple. All shops around. Public transport available just a minute from the hotel Hotel & Rooms - Decent and clean hotel rooms for families and solo travellers. Areas that need attention - washrooms at times flush didn't work and bed linen seemed used earlier. Breakfast needs to be improved. Kolhapur offers very good food both veg and non veg. Pricing - should be less, nothing worth 5k for two people Rating - 3/5
