The Pavillion Hotel

Excellent stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with a great view of the city. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The hotel's amenities, including the fitness center and restaurant, were top-notch. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of attractions within walking distance. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The decor and interior are photogenic. The service is too slow as the wait staff was hard to find even though ours was the only table occupied. The pakhtooni veg and non-veg chefs speciality dishes were really worth it. Would surely revisit for the food.

I stayed here for a night, and while the hotel's location is convenient, being close to the market and Ambabai Temple, the service was subpar. Due to a wedding and exhibition, parking space within the hotel premises was unavailable. The staff was inattentive, and our room was not cleaned properly. The pillows had a foul smell, and upon inspection, we found fungus on them. The bedsheet had stains, and despite informing the reception, no one came to replace them. The food was another letdown - it was oily and tasteless. The prices were exorbitant, not justified by the quality. Overall, our stay was unsatisfactory. We don't recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be returning.

The property boasts ample parking space, even the balconies are huge, beautifully manicured gardens, and lush plantations. The on-site dining experience is delightful, with the dahi ke kabab being a standout recommendation. Additionally, there's a bar on premises. Overall, I highly recommend this haven for a family stay, offering the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience.

I had booked the room for a one day trip to Kolhapur. Would like to give the hotel a 5 star rating overall since they accommodated our timings which were beyond the hotel checkin-checkout timings, making it a smooth journey for me and my mother. I shall consider booking the hotel again.

I have stayed in 'The Pavillion' for 4 times now. The staff here is very welcoming. Rooms are very spacious with nice sit-outs. Also, the food is good. Interacted with Kiran ji for booking and Rahul ji in restaurant. they were very co-operative and helped me during our stay. Only cons is the tariff, the first time I stayed here, the tariff was around 4500, which has now increased to around 6000, which is exorbitant. This time I booked here again as I had gone with senior citizens and I knew this place very well.. However, next time will have to re-consider. According to me the tariff of max 5000 (incl. tax) is good for this property. 6000 is a little too much.

Yesterday we had been there for dinner. The food quality was not good. Thandoors were burnt. We ordered chicken chowder soup but they served veg soup. The mutton biryani was tasteless. Worst quality of mutton. The ambience is good, spacious parking. But worse quality of food..will never go there.

Overall a good experience, good food. Tried green thai curry and punjabi cuisine. One suggestion to update the menu card as many not covered in menu list though available - chinese, thai, contentinental, italian.
