SPOT ON Indirasagar Executive

Not recommended. This is not OYO standard. It's a lodge, very old structure, poor housekeeping, no western toilet, cleanliness poor, bedsheet not changed many weeks.. Manager ask for extra payment even you paid online on OYO. No toiletries, no bath towel, not even water bottle or water purifier available. They have BAR downstairs, not safe for family. Parking place also not proper. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED. BETTER TO GO ANY DHARMSHALA.

The hotel owner is very rude and arrogant and doesn't have the sense to talk with customers. Very worst service and for taking a bath they haven't provided hot water and no lift as well .

Good place to live on the outskirts of the Kocity. Very near to Sambhaji nagar bus stand. No meals served inside.. Parking may be a bit issue.

Overall the service of hotel is good in price range as compared to others but whenever you go make shoor to Book advance from direct phone call ,as speaking about hotel room it is average some rooms are good and some are bad ventilation is good for some rooms ,Tv will not work in some rooms , their is water filter in 2nd floor so this is good thing ,they will not provide any towel and soap ,my overall experience is good as compared to others hotel, and the price range to low as compared to others and the environment is good The location of this hotel is perfect for visitors, because it is located near the petrol, and the mahalakshmi temple is just 1.5km in distance from their and 2 km away from the rankala lake which is the best place to visit at night ,and the location is more easy to find for outside parsal such as Zomato etc ,it is located in area where to much rush is their such as bikes ,cars and making to much noise this is the only thing that not like

Absolutely unprofessional place. Booked on Oyo and Oyo confirmed my booking after payment of 540 rupees. When I reached the place the person on the counter said they have rooms but if I want it I'll need to pay 1000 rupees. He said they won't give it at Oyo price and with utmost arrogance said that my 540 payment is not their concern. Worst experience with Oyo and this professionally cheap hotel. Oyo customer care too couldn't help much and just said I'll get my money back in 15 days(which i haven't yet got back) not sure why Oyo needs 15 days to refund someone's money when while asking for payment they ask for it right away within minutes. Another thing worth mentioning is that there is a liquor sales shop right next to the entrance which I wasn't aware of while booking so would suggest families to avoid this place.

Never book this hotel. The rooms are dirty and smelly.. Worst experience. Avoid boooking through OYO, as the hotel won't accept thier policies and would ask you to pay extra for the rooms.

Very Bad experience in this Hotel. I will not suggest anyone to book in this hotel. Receptionist Vidya Poddar is rude and She is not ready to provide service to Guest. There behaviour towards customer is worst. We booked room online, we got confirm booking,We waited for more than 30 min and still they didn't provide room in Hotel. Also she used abusive launguage to us and Oyo management. She is not ready to listen our problems and not ready to provide solution.Insted of that she refuses to allot room even we have confirmed booking.

Room whi the have offered me, that was worst. I have to chang the room by paying extra money. That room is also overcharged. And they looted me. Moreover I have to shrink my stay to only 1day. And the have not repay me one day payment also. So, not worth for money. Very bad service. There is no hot water in tap. We have to get it in bucket.That too in morning time only.
