Regenta Place Raysons, Kolhapur

We had booked the biggest room available through make my trip. The room in the photos and reality are very different. In reality the room is small than what they quote. The price they charge and the room they provide are not at all comparable. The room was old and shabby for Rs 7500 that they had charged us. The towels and blanket were untidy as well. The room didn't have bottled water which is a basic expectation when you pay Rs 7500 for a room. They had kept RO water bottles, when we asked them to provide us with bottled water. They told us that this is what they provide in all hotels pf Royal Orchid brand. Any good hotel would have been courteous enough to give us bottled water they clearly weren't. The parking space is not enough, when we reached there the parking space was over and we had to park on the street. Please people its my humble request don't blow your 7-8K hard earned money over this hotel. They service and the rooms are not at all worth for the price.

Compact room .. dirty linens.... Small wash room .... Pillows were changed their colours to dark from white. No soap... no comb... old furnitures... peeled sofa sheets.... Still they have charged 5040 /- per night. No central AC. Still they claim themselves a 3 star hotel. Any how restaurant and buffet breakfast met the expectations.

We stayed there on 10th May. We paid Rs.8400 for just one night. We thought the price is so high so that automatically room will be good but it was misunderstanding. It was suite but both rooms were very average. Bathroom was stained , bathroom doors were cracked from inside , bathtub was dirty -stained. We were highly disappointed l. Only good thing about our stay was just breakfast.

Very polite..quick service...cheerful and helpful person. I ordered room service and was immediately brought to my room in 15 minutes.||The location of hotel is very convenient and good parking facility available. ||Mr.Omkar Pawar is the humble and polite person who assisted us. And very happy with his service..the hotel and food.

Excellent ambiance. Good rooms . Proximity to city centre and other places good. Quality of food nice . |Helpful staff . In-house facilities like rooftop restaurant, gymnasium, wide variety of culinary for buffet breakfast, makes it a perfect stay.

Couldn't stay for more than 2 hrs. They were gentle enough to allow early check in but had to checkout instantly due to family emergency. Didn't used the room for even 2 hrs. They refused to refund advance paid for next day saying it's third party booking. Then they and told Agoda that checking was done at 6 am even though it wasn't correct. Hair in cups. Dirty kettle. No hand towel. Broken door lock. Rest didn't experienced. Poor experience. Will not recommend at all.

We regularly stay in this hotel . The service is very good . Even for the long stay good parking facility is available . |Also the hotel location is accessible to all transportation. |Even room is kept clean and fair . |Break is found to be reasonable n good service. |Best of the employee for service is Mr Omkar powar ....

Great experience, great ambience, specially Mr Ajay was really helpful and gracious in service and I would really like to visit this beautiful place again and again. Thumbs for the great food, music and ambience. Great place to hang out in kolhapur
