Our stay was very enjoyable. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the service was prompt and efficient. We celebrated our daughter's birthday at the restaurant Tanatan, and had a wonderful time. The live music and delicious food made the experience truly memorable. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and quick to respond, adding to the overall positive experience.

From the warm, genuine welcome to the clean, cozy rooms that instantly made us feel at ease, everything about our stay felt personal and thoughtfully done. But the highlight? The mutton thali. Hands down, one of the best we've ever had. The meat was incredibly tender, the spices perfectly balanced, and every bite told a story of Kolhapur's rich culinary heritage. It was more than just food--it was a memory in the making. A special shoutout to Shift Manager Ravindra, whose hospitality truly stood out. He made sure every small detail was taken care of, and his warmth and attentiveness added a personal touch to the whole experience. It's rare to come across such dedicated service, and it made our stay all the more memorable. I had a great experience at this hotel, which is why I chose to stay here for the second time. My previous visit was pleasant, and overall, the service and amenities remain impressive. However, I did have a few minor concerns regarding cleanliness. While the toilet was visibly clean, there was an unusual odor that made the experience slightly uncomfortable. It would be helpful if the hotel could use fresheners to eliminate any lingering smells. Additionally, the bedsheets and pillow covers didn't feel as fresh as I expected, which could be improved to enhance guest comfort. That being said, everything else was excellent, and I have no complaints about the overall service. The breakfast, in particular, was outstanding. With just a little more attention to hygiene and freshness, this hotel can offer an even better experience for its guests.

Comfortable & Relaxing Stay. Date of Stay: 18-20 April 2025 Room: 406 We had a great stay overall. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained--exactly as shown on the website. Though located on the roadside, it remained quiet even during rush hours, which was a pleasant surprise. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and quick. Booking Experience: Initially contacted the hotel directly via a number found on Google. Unfortunately, the person I spoke to, Tejashree, was quite rude and seemed uninterested in helping. Because of that, I booked through Agoda, which was quick and gave me a better deal. Room: Impressive at first glance--clean and comfortable. While it lacked a hair dryer and ironing board, everything else matched the website description. Breakfast: This was the only real disappointment. Despite many positive reviews, the breakfast spread was average and lacked the quality expected from a 4-star hotel. The taste was just okay, and frankly, the tea we ordered in-room was far better than the one served during breakfast. Since we paid extra for a room with breakfast, I expected better quality and variety. Definitely an area for improvement. Staff & Service: In a word--superb. Every staff member we interacted with (except the initial call) was kind, smiling, and helpful. Special thanks to Adhir from housekeeping for proactively checking on our needs for triple occupancy, Pooja for her perfect room cleaning, and the restaurant staff member (I believe his name was Rohan) who was very helpful. Truly one of the best service experiences I've had. Other Notes: The hotel is around 15-20 minutes from the Kolhapur Mahalaxmi temple. If you don't have a car, the security team helps arrange autos. They do not provide accommodation for drivers. Overall : Highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and comfortable stay. --but maybe eat breakfast somewhere else or order in the room Rating: 4/5 (only because of breakfast--otherwise, a solid 5/5)

A winner in kolhapur. Quality versus price a winner, tricks off all bosex for a high quality hotel, super friendly. The hotel was good and the maintaining very good. Premium feel like home.
