Itsy Hotels Ranjeet

I had a wonderful stay at Itsy Hotels Ranjeet in Kolhapur with my family. We booked 2 rooms, and both were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all necessary amenities. The prime location was a big advantage, as all major tourist destinations, including Mahalaxmi Temple and Rankala Lake, were within a 5 km radius. Another major plus was the ample parking space, making it convenient for those traveling by car. The hotel is well-connected and easily accessible. A special mention to Anjali, the receptionist, who was extremely courteous and helpful. She ensured a smooth check-in and was always available to assist with any queries. The entire staff was warm and welcoming, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. The hotel also has in-house food options available, which was very convenient. The food was delicious, and the *complimentary breakfast* was a great way to start the day. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Itsy Hotels Ranjeet to families and travelers visiting Kolhapur. Looking forward to staying here again!

Hotel room on first floor were full of fungus. There was no elevator for old and handicap persons. Our old mother could not climb the staircases and hotel staff did not co operate. Hence, we had to leave the hotel without checked in...treebo management of the hotel did not respond despite various msgs sent, to refund the advance amount we had paid.

The stay was pleasant. The rooms were clean and we'll maintained. The staff was helpful.

I am a regular visitor of this Hotel since 2010 but now their approach has been changed and they become only money minded. MANAGER IS A LADY SHE TAKES BOOKINGS FROM THE CUSTOMERS WHO PAY MORE MONEY TO THE HOTEL. THEY DONT BELIVE IN LONG TERM RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CUSTOMER No proper co ordination They are only running behind the money. Cancelled my Group booking of 6 Rooms for the reason, only they are getting higher pricing from ONLINE bookings.

Had A nice experience... With affordable price and best Service Overall all for first time had a memorable stay ... heart of the city and easily accessible to everything.. Breakfast was also complimentary and tasty Staff are good and courteous Anjali Madam was supportive helped us in overall stay comfortable and made sure everything went smoothly during our stay Had a great experience..

I will recommend this hotel for a stay in Kolhapur. A place close to the railway station and bus stand. Neat and clean rooms, very polite staff.
