Very good hotel. Courteous & helpful staff. Slightly away from the temple, but at good location. Limited Parking in the front with EV charging. Valet parking for late comers in the basement. ||Rooms are spacious. In fact, there was one additional bed in our room. ||Breakfast was ok type. Limited options. The manager Mr Rishikesh Das was really helpful in taking care of special requests like pure vegetarian dishes. ||We wanted but couldn't use the rooftop swimming pool as it closes at 7 in the evening. ||The poolside restaurant was really impressive. Excellent ambiance with live music.

Checked into the new wing and to my surprise the bathroom was having a back flow stink. When the hise keeping was informed he came and said No it's not. We have paid a premium price for a good quality of room. Then coffee mugs were flithy and cracked ( pics attached). The drinking water glass had pen stains in it ( pic attached). The faucet was filthy. Please who want a clean place to stay should avoid this place. Moreover the staff at the reception thinks they are doing us a favour and are paying for our stay. No smile. No greeting the guests. Just a sulky face and arrogance filled staff. This isn't my 1st experience here. Have stayed prior to renovation and had the same experience with the staff. At breakfast the chafing dish was open with 2 uttapams in it and they were cold. When asked for Fresh ones the Manager Mr. Das says ' Finish what's there 1st". The coffee cups had lipstick on it and the other one had a broken handle.
We had booked & visited the hotel last week with family after reading the reviews on internet. But the experience was otherwise....Very Poor. ||Rude Staff, especially the Restaurant person who took the order. No politeness.... |The Room and bathroom were average considering the tariff. Doesn't worth it. Had asked for napkins in the afternoon and were told it would be given in the evening which was strange... Eventually that also wasn't given...pathetic..||In the morning breakfast, some of the menu items which were over over, were re-filled after very long time and not available for customers. The reason given by hotel is there was big crowd at the same time. and they were not prepared for it. which I believe is laughable.. |Would certainly recommend to look for other hotels with lower tariffs....
Very poor room service, takes hours to provide food. They are not able to follow food instructions, we had ordered non spicy food for my senior parent, but we were served spicy food each time. This happened every single time we ordered. Even after returning the item, they re-sent the same spicy food. The room was filthy and dusty, totally not acceptable for the rates they are charging. We can get better hotels at cheaper rates in close by area and also closer to the station. Totally not recommended.
Delicious Flavors, But Prepare for a Long Wait and a Seafood Platter That Played a Crabby Prank! We came to just eat here. Let me start with the good news: the taste of the seafood at Vrishali Executive was genuinely amazing. Each bite was bursting with flavor, and you could tell the ingredients were fresh. Seriously, my taste buds were doing the happy dance. However, that's unfortunately where praise ends We ordered the seafood platter and specifically asked what it included. We were told surmai, pomfret, and prawns. Simple enough, right? Wrong! Imagine our faces when the platter arrived looking like a crab convention had crashed a fish fry. There weren't one, not two, but three whole crabs. Now, for us, who have never eaten crab in our lives, it was like being presented with an alien species. It felt like a sneaky way to make the platter seem huge, as if they thought we wouldn't notice the small portions of the fish we actually wanted. The surmai and pomfret slices were so thin, they could have used them as bookmarks! The prawns? Well, let's just say they were playing hide-and-seek... and weren't very good at it. The wait time for this was way too much longer than it takes a crab to scuttle sideways across a beach. We were starting to think they sent someone out to catch the seafood. Maybe that's why the crabs looked so angry - they were late for their own platter party! But heir presentation skills were really good. To their credit, after our conversation with the manager, they did remove the cost of the crabs from our bill. However, the initial shock and the feeling of being completely misled about our seafood selection definitely left a bad taste in our mouth and it ruined our moods. It was like ordering a pizza and getting three surprise pineapples instead - appreciated by some, and not for others. If you have the patience of a fisherman, a fondness for seaside surprises, and a magnifying glass to locate the promised fish, then the delicious taste here might be worth the bizarre experience. However, for the rest of us, be sure to interrogate your server about every single tentacle and fin on your plate to avoid any unexpected encounters with the crab mafia. You might also want to pack a snack, as the actual fish portions seem to be on a strict diet.
Had a 2 days stay in this hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfy. Beds are large, washrooms are clean and well equipped. Staff is friendly and are always eager to help. The "Status" restaurant located on the ground floor offers quality, tasty food for the perfect price. Will be staying here again if I visit Kolhapur in future.
NiCe place to stay... Food is quality & service is the best.. I have been staying here for 1 month due to corproate trip. Best service given by the team
For our office party at Hotel Vrishali Executive, we booked the dance floor, which was spacious and had great lighting to set the mood for celebration. The ambience was lively yet elegant, creating a perfect setting for the event. The food was delicious, with a variety of well-prepared dishes that everyone enjoyed. The service was prompt, and the staff ensured we had everything we needed, making the event seamless and enjoyable. It was an excellent venue for both fun and comfort.
