Hotel The Living Hub

Had a truly lovely experience at Stay The Living Hub, Kolhapur! The rooms were clean, cozy, and perfect for a comfortable family stay. A special shoutout to Kuldeep, whose warmth and outstanding hospitality made our visit extra special -- he went out of his way to support us even after checkout, which speaks volumes about their service! One small note: in-room dining or food ordering services aren't available, so you'll need to step out for meals. But with everything else so thoughtfully taken care of, it hardly felt like an inconvenience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly stay in Kolhapur!

Not worth the price paid. Not really good experience with The Living Hub. Upon arrival we were told their restaurant was under renovation hence there will be no indoor dining. Upon reaching the room there were no basic amenities like towels, dental kit, shower cap, floor mat outside the bathrooetc. When asked we were given 1 towel and one floor mat, the stay was booked for a family of 4 how can you justify one towel. I asked the receptionist and he said you can ask for more. Wasn't it staff's duty to ensure right number of towels are provided on our first request? Parking space js way too congested not suitable for SUVs. Next day morning for complimentary breakfast we were given coupons for a fast food centre. I felt instead they should have stopped offering complimentary breakfast. I felt charging heavily with complementary breakfast and not offering proper facilities is there moto. The staff is confused between premium AC and deluxe AC, having booked both they gave 2 keys and told us their restaurant wrong number for premium AC room.

The staff is courteous, efficient, and always ready to assist. The breakfast spread is delightful, with a mix of Indian and continental options, and room service is prompt and reliable. We had a wonderful stay at The Living Hub. Perfect service the rooms are spacious clean and we'll kept. Their restaurant is yet to open but the breakfast arrangement at The Naiks across the road was amazing. Perfect home like breakfast and served with such love. The staff there as well was extremely hospitable. The location too is perfect central and we'll placed to the temple and shopping areas too.

Considering the cost it is good but the only down factor is that you have to go for breakfast to another restaurant, which is opposite to the roadside, ideally they should have included the breakfast in the same building because it's more of an experience that you want to have breakfast with the family.

The rooms were very clean and tidy. The manager was also very helpful and well behaved. Services could have been better. Location is prime

The rooms were good. However there was no dental kit in the room. You have to ask for it to get it. But you realise it only after you are in the bathroom and hence not practical always to ask. It's to be provided without asking. No comb. No bathing soap. Only shower gel without the scrubber to use it. Further shower gel suits only those who have dry skin. Others require soap with low tfm. So had to do with a hot water bath. Internet is very very slow. So smart TV though available, cannot be used. I couldn't even browse properly due to the slow speed. I had to book tickets. I finally had to do with mobile net

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.We were completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service specially Kuldeep . His positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers is appreciated.
