Worst experience ever! PLEASE DO NOT BOOK YOUR STAY HERE. There was hardly any staff to attend. When asked to change the room as AC was not working manager refused saying linen will have to be changed, I mean what kind of hotel is this. Called the staff multiple times for TV issue no one attended. Do not waste your money here.

Good hotel neat and clean bathroom .Good food at restaurant but served very slowly too much time would be waste if you opt food here.

I recently had a disappointing experience at your establishment. The service was slow due to only one staff member taking orders. Additionally, payment options were limited and the staff's attitude was uncooperative. I hope you'll consider my feedback to improve the customer experience.

The location of the hotel is a very big plus point. The interior and rooms are good. Overall a decent experience for a couple lodging with a 2 years old kid. Only negetive is the parking space, only 3-4 vehicles can be parked in the basement, once full, we have to park on the road. The basement parking is cramped and not for SUV's.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is just walking distance from Mahalaxmi Mandir. The bazaar is also very near. The staff is outstanding and very co-operative.

The ambience of this premises is good...Rooms are good and quiet spacious but Room service is bad....Complimentary breakfast is just pathetic...The boys of the resturant are very arrogant, ill mannered...Complementary breakfast ke naam ke par paise aiit rahe hain... They have bread butter and toast butter for breakfast in complementary but jam is chargeable because its their inhouse preparation...and the best part is they don't know which jam they have....I would rather suggest to go normal breakfast than a complimentary one....Food is just OK. Mr.Chandrakant is a very nice well mannered gentleman...

Food is awesome also rooms are also excellent. Located at center of city. Mahalakshmi mandir is really 5 mins away by walk.
