Hotel Rukmini Residency

It was difficult to locate the hotel as the signboard was not visible. There were no staff members available to assist with our luggage upon arrival. Despite pre-booking, the receptionist did not provide the room keys to my family promptly, as I was still completing the documentation process. On the positive side, the hotel is pet-friendly, although they charge Rs. 500 for our Shih Tzu. We booked the Super Deluxe Room, which was clean. Both the bed and bathroom were in good condition. However, the rooms are not soundproof, so we could hear everything happening in the corridor. No toiletries were provided, and there was no in-room menu available, so we had to order food online. We had booked the Super Deluxe Room with breakfast included. On the last day, I woke up early to pack and leave. At 8:30 AM, I asked the receptionist about breakfast (as it was supposed to be served between 8-9 AM), but he informed me that the chef hadn't arrived yet and would prepare breakfast only after coming on duty. Additionally, I was told that we should have informed them the night before if we wanted breakfast, as they only prepare it when notified in advance. Overall Experience: It was an okay experience since I mainly needed a place to keep my bags and rest. However, if you're looking for a comfortable stay with better service and amenities, I would not recommend this hotel.

The rooms in reality are different from the one shown in the picture. Worst stay ever, could not sleep whole night because of too many mosquitos and the bathroom and washroom are just worst. No clearness maintained. We check out with in 4 hr , just because of the worst ambiance.

Third class rooms and property look like sleeping in a govt chaul. Booked rooms after seeing reviews and Airbnb only mistake was did direct booking for my parents. They check-in late in night around 1:00 am. Missing Toilet door lock broken and no room door lock, Bed linen smelly and stains, dark rooms very less light, only 1 socket to charge phone, WC flush leaking entire floor wet, Washbasin pipe leaking, No cabinet or space for storage, No drinking water, No basic amenities, Privacy issue no safety and security, Rooms roof made of cardboard like material, Being my parents check-in too late and very tired they stay because of majburi Else Location essi ki kachi colony bhi fail hai. If you like this taste then go and book else if you have standards please do not go. Reviews are fake too.

Bad experience. Provided non AC room instead of AC room for my staff. Later after probing gave AC room. The receptionist argued and so did the manager as well. Not willing accept the mistake. Patil and Ananda both have zero acceptance over customer.

Best affordable place to stay with family. Hotel has maintained there cleanliness and hygiene. Have good parking area. Near to every point of the city. Must visit the place.

We rested in this residency to visit kolhapur temple. Rooms were good but pillows and bedsheets provided were not that good and we even had some bad smell from the rooms. Don't expect this to be a 5, 4 or 3- star hotel stay. Overall it was a nice stay as we just went there to stay for 5-6 hours during night and vacated early in the morning.
