Location wise it's ok. And as per price rooms are ok. But if you are a hygiene freak then it's not for you. Better you Choose some higher range hotels. For families i will be neutral to recommend. It's ok if you're comfortable. The biggest issue is the parking issue. There are two local low rates theatres opp to the hotel so bikes are parked so close that there is no space for car parking. Requesting hotel management to solve this issue as soon as possible.

Our group of 12-13 members recently dined at Royal Treat Hotel near Tokies in Kolhapur, and it was a delightful experience. The Chicken Kolhapuri stood out with its authentic flavors and perfect spice levels. We are from Mumbai. Everytime i choose this hotel for stay . Rooms are very clean and hygiene, Thanks to Vikas for helping me n my family make comfortable and safe . This hotel is right choice for everyone. Also hotel location is Perfectly near Mahalaxmi Temple.

- NO Lift, Rooms are very small. A/C problems. - You have to carry the luggage through steps. - Below Average hotel and not a great service and facilities - No Parking place - it is located in small street and difficult for 4 wheeler movements. - Sartha Holidays chooses these hotel for additional commissions and never inform the hotel facts to travelers. - Avoid these hotels and Sartha Holidays.

Worst experience the rooms are very unclean and not worth the money. They Unnecessary charged us the money and then fought with us! Staff and no manners to talk and also they did not provided us bed mattress nor the bed sheet.

Best value for money hotel in Kolhapur. The location is easily accessible. The hotel is clean and neat. The staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are amazing at low prices with AC, TV. Overall experience is great with rooms and food. The only cons I experienced are - WiFi is not shared with customers and they promised 24 hrs hot water, but there was NO hot water in bathroom.
