Their business ethics not fair.I lost money 2 times on non refundable booking.Requested my inability come on time. But they are not heard. Not kind enough to heard the issue.

Terrible decision choosing this hotel. Someone entered the room while we visited Mahalakshmi temple, and owner did not consider it their mistake when the key was with them. Completely inconsiderate of just 3 girls staying and this happening. Zero rating

A very bad experience. The pillow covers were soiled and had hair on it. The whole room was dusty and the washroom was stinking constantly.

Absolutely disgusted by the room. There was not a single ounce of cleanliness, room was dirty, toilet was not cleaned and stinked continuously and the locks were also not that efficient Would not recommend this

If I got a chance i would have been given zero star for this hotel stay. Don't go for it, very irresponsible staff and owner itself. Not having proper householding, no one available to receive reception number if we face any issues. Every time we need to go downstairs and ask explicitly if we need anything. Just 1 water bottle they provided for 2 people stay in summer, and no one further available to get the extra water. No parking space available, they asked us to park our vehicle at road on common parking, saying it's their parking only and next day we saw our car got damaged by animals. Car top had very big dent, FM antenna got damaged, over the car many scratches by animals. And hotel owner, staff are simply saying it will be cover in insurance, so they can't do anything further help. This is totally unexpected. Also very harsh language uses by hotel staff. I would suggest not to go for this hotel anyone, they had very pathetic service.
