Hotel Radiant

Dikhave pe mat jao apni akal lagao. Don't go by outside looks, inside there are lot of problems. They just posted pictures of outside area and one VIP room on the sites. Uncleaned old room, literally lack of service available, after many calls they provide some room services. Gives bad vibes.

Worst Hotel stay experience. Unprofessional staff. Disrespectful behavior towards customer. Room cleanlines and maintainance was Worst. Don't even think of booking for family.

Except the rooms which haven't been kept well, everything else is fine. This used to be one of the big names in the city pre-covid; just seems to have gone downhill on maintenance.

Morning tea you will not get before 7:30 am. I even didn't get at 7:45, when leaving Hotel evevthough I placed order in advance.

Hotel Management needs to work upon room and it's toilet cleaning. It's miserable (especially at this price range 3k-4k) we expect much better hygiene. Common area is well maintained & clean The parking area is good & provides covered parking. Hotel's restaurant served amazing food.

Hotels security personwas angry he can't say politely to riders ...plz teach him how to talk

The rooms are clean and near the bus stop and the staff are very kind and helpful.
