Hotel Pearl

I heard that It's very first hotel in that area and completed 50 years of service. Service is very good, they serve food very good. We enjoyed the breakfast with lots of item in menu card. Good location, easy to access, Mahalakshmi temple is close from here.

They charge Rs.42 for water bottle costing Rs.20. Very costly in-house menu. By mistake the receptionist told us the breakfast timings. Thereafter he realised that breakfast is not included in the booking. He immediately called us and told that the breakfast is not included in our booking. Instead of such act being in hospitality business someone could have offered the breakfast which might be costing Rs. 150 to 200. But shown us their business attitude. For arrangements of our driver they have charged Rs.300 extra which no hotel charges and happily accommodate drivers . Overall not happy experience.

Today, we went for lunch and ordered mutton and chicken thalis. The food quality was very poor - it was not properly cooked, and the gravy had no taste. Very disappointed with this lunch visit.

This hotel offered us very good service. Room service is prompt and the food is delicious. Though we stayed for just one night, it left us feeling well taken care of. Special mention to the manager in the morning for helpful suggestions. He was really kind and extremely good. Thank you.

The food was not good, the vegetables were either sweet on the test or plain, testless

November 2024 was our 4th stay at this hotel (2019,2020 and twice in 2024). We have always found this hotel to be extremely comfortable and incredible value. The food is very nice and the service is extremely good, the rooms although are a little dated have all the facilities we required, bathroom was very good. We would not hesitate to return and or recommend this hotel to any visitor travelling to Kolhapur. Peter and Vicki Adelaide South Australia.

VERU RUDE STAFF AND LOW BACKWARD MINDSET! me and my sisters went to check room for my cousin who is visiting us from the us so we wanted to book a nice room we were greeted properly and saw the room went home and called to book the receptionist said saying all types of downgraded things like you three girls are not allowed in the room with boy and all that which is very cheap to listen I will not recommend anyone to stay here and disrespect there own character
