Hotel Kohinoor Square

Out of 3 rooms taken on good Friday last week only one was good but other 2 rooms were too small for 2 persons compared to rates what was offered. Most imp the hotel staffs behave differently if we had online bookings as they didn't agree to change rooms giving reasons that all rooms sold out but it wasnt the truth though we had clearly mentioned specific adults with kids in both rooms

Good hotel at a decent price. Walkable distance from railway station. Good value for money.

It's very good hotel in the city. Easily accessible. Near to petrol pump,medical shop,tea shops etc. So i recommend for family stays. Rooms also spacious and clean. Helping staffs. Lifts working.

It was bad experience, traveled on 20th Dec 2024,booked through make my trip, photos shown on site and actual rooms given are totally different, doors are broken, no headrest on bed, bed Lenin are old, tv not working, ac flap was broken, only one small lift for 6 floors building. Please don't book rooms on 6th floor that is tares converted into rooms.

I had stayed recently and the best part is the location which is proximity to bus stand and railway station ...restaurants.. Best part is their front desk who understood our situation and upgraded our room to a spacious one with extra bed to accommodate our whole family at no extra cost

10/12/24 - Today I have received a call from Mr Sachin from Kohinoor - Kolhapur & apologise for what happed with us & will try to improve in service. Thanks to Mr Sachin who attend my complaint. Hotel location is good. We were 3 adults. But our experience about room no 204 is not so good. There is no hot running water is available from 3rd dec afternoon, on 4 th Dec morning around 6:45/7 am called for room service but nobody picked up the phone & afterwards one person visited & said that keep tap open for some time & wait for hot water but attempt was failed. Till 7:30 we wait and then shared 202 bathroom ( already booked by us only). After sharing this experience to reception person - said I will check - which is not expected. Even in morning nearly till 8:30am breakfast was not available & nobody was available to check & answer - which is not good for customer service.

Hotel is very near to railway station and it is walkable. Rooms are very big and neat. Bathroom also neat and huge. Staff also helpful and nice. They allowed us for late check-out. Food also tasty. Buffet breakfast also good.

Room and washroom is very bad and not hygienic. Pics shown on site and actual room is very different. Room is very dirty and it's quite old. Breakfast is also not good. However staff is good.
