Hotel K Tree

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Ktree. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout my visit, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is convenient, especially for travelers, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. The in-house dining was good too -- food was tasty and served fresh, though a few more options on the menu would make it even better. A small suggestion: improving the Wi-Fi speed and adding more toiletries in the bathroom could enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, Ktree offers great value for money and I'd definitely recommend it for both business and leisure stays.

It was recommended to us by a friend who stayed here 4 years ago . Looking at online photos it looked good. But it was disappointing. Rooms given to us on first floor looked worn out and full of dust on side table and other table. Basic amenities like towels, soap and drinking water were missing. They were given after request. We then read review mentioning that rooms on third floor are better and not to stay on first floor. So we got ourselves shifted to third floor. Rooms were better kept than first floor ones. There was only one room service boy running around to help us. Staff seem not bothered to see if new customers are comfortable or not. Request for making TV work was not addressed till we found the same room service boy to help. Due to this we checked out next day and moved into another hotel close by.||Maybe once they were good but now definitely not worth the amount they charge. Rooms are specious and good but they need big improvement in maintenance and how the staff run the hotel

Had a fantastic experience at K-Tree Hotel! The food quality was excellent, with fresh flavors and great variety. The service was equally impressive--attentive, professional, and welcoming. Highly recommend visiting this hotel for a wonderful dining experience

Terrible experience. The shiney photos are not true. The rooms are old with a lot of problems We checked in at 10 pm only the room was clean. Toilet was horrible. Hot water was not available at any time of the day. Wash basin pipe was broken hence all the water was coming down. The most terrible part was, the room service person did not knock and directly tried opening the door. Thank god the door was locked. When we informed about this to the management they pretended scolding the staff. Because of all these reasons they gave us a great discount of Rs. 136/-. Overall we ended up paying Rs. 3000 for just a bed to sleep. Terrible experience overall.

Few days before we visited your hotel , the food quality is totally changed even the taste of the cocktail wasn't good like before I have visited your hotel many times before but now the quality is totally changed, last time when I visited your hotel that time cocktail n food quality was excellent, The long hair man maybe he was the manager was looking at us in very bad way & he was gossiping about us. Please improve your food quality as before and change the staff

Good location near bustand, clean rooms, breakfast was very good. Overall nice experience

Rooms are neat and clean. Service is good. The rooftop restaurant is very good. Especially the staffs warm welcome and Service is very professional.
