Hotel Elegant

This hotel, situated in the heart of the city, offers a delightful breakfast experience complemented by commendable customer service. However, I was compelled to give it a mediocre rating due to their oversight of certain fundamental customer needs, such as Wi-Fi connectivity and other amenities, which they should ideally be well-versed in addressing. It is imperative for them to rectify these shortcomings to enhance their overall guest experiences.

Good restaurant but it has become old now. Owner and staff is very helpful Good option to look out for.

Worst service ever... stinky rooms...please never visit.

Very good stay that we had. Overall clean rooms, courteous staff, good service. There two cockroaches in bathroom in one of the rooms, thats why 1 star less in rooms. Otherwise everything was good. Breakfast was also tasty. Limits options- and they prepare any two dishes per person out of 4-5 options provided. And hot beverages. But we loved the taste. Overall very good option for 1-2 nights stay

Rooms are not good, they don't have parking for car, and in complimentary breakfast they only offer Poha!

Everything is good like as service ,brakefast, warm water for shower good place for stay.

Our stay was good, we booked it on the spot and we got the executive room. Overall it's budget friendly. Do not expect scenic views from windows but you will witness birds in the window in the morning.

It's really a bad experience staying at hotel. I was charged for the room and paid them as per demand but when I had entered the room, AC was not cooling I had drawn attention of the reception as well as the helper but it was on deaf ears I was on way to Goa and I had taken this hotel for overnight rest but they had just wasted my sleep as I could not sleep for the entire night due to humidity and non working AC I was with kids and I had checked in late night I had informed them well in advance but they had not cleaned the room properly There were cockroaches roaming in the room Due to all these we had no choice but had to leave within 3 hours but had to pay for 24 hours Stay away from this hotel if you are expecting peaceful journey It's not worth even for Rs.1000
