Hotel Darshan Executive Kolhapur

Nice and clean rooms with deluxe and other rooms with affordable rates... Also service is good ...this is located near to mahalakshmi temple.proper parking is not available here..as locals roads are cozy

It was nice experience at Darshan Executive, room was clean and staff was welcoming. Also it's located very close by to Ambabai temple hence making it convenient for devotees to go walking to the temple.

We were here for one day. Rooms were spacious, well decorated and well maintained. Staff here were polite and helpful. Service was very good. We will definitely recommend this hotel. Just one con here, there is no parking space available for bigger vehicles like Tempo Traveller or Bus.

Thank you for the service. Few suggestions to improve your service. Bathrooms can be more cleaner than provided. Even though the hotel is close by to the temple (5 min walkable), parking for customers is a challenge due to very narrow roads.

We checked in on 15th Feb 2025. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its great location, very close to Mahalaxmi Temple. However, our experience was quite disappointing: Cons: * No proper parking - The hotel has only a tiny parking space in a busy market area, with no valet or assistance. * Poor room amenities - The AC and TV were not working, and even after calling reception, the issue was not resolved. * Unhelpful staff - A staff member came to check the issue but couldn't fix it. * Very small lift - It's cramped and inconvenient, especially if you have luggage. Overall, the location is great, but the lack of parking, poor service, and non-functional amenities made our stay disappointing. Would not recommend unless these issues are addressed.

Very near to mandir 10 mins of walking 15 mins to rankala talav.. they don't have there own kitchen.. but they provide food we didn't order anything at darshan we ate outside..,rooms are good for the price staff is good very co-operative.

Arrived in morning at 7:30 with group of people. No water availablity in most rooms. They keep lying that water will come, but by 9:30 no water available for toilet or basin. Only bathing tap had water which was very slow. Staff also not responding properly to the problem. Won't recommend the hotel.

The location is convenient, making it easy to explore the Goddess Mahalaxmi Temple and the city and its nearby attractions. The room itself was spacious, and the amenities provided were satisfactory for a relaxing stay. However, there are a few areas where improvements could enhance the experience. Firstly, a clock in the room would be a welcome addition. It's a small detail, but having a clock helps guests manage their time more efficiently, especially during a busy trip. Another suggestion would be to add a photo of Kolhapur's famous Mahalaxmi temple in the rooms. This would add a local cultural touch as people will come for the Kolhapur for the Goddess Mahalaxmi Darshan, making the space feel more connected to the city's heritage, which many tourists would appreciate. Lastly, I found that some of the TV channels I was looking for were not available. Expanding the channel selection to include more popular options would offer guests better entertainment choices during their stay. Despite these minor points, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend Darshan Executive to anyone visiting Kolhapur. I look forward to staying here again in the future.
