Hotel Atria

Very happy to write something interesting for Hotel Atria, today we visited for Dinner. Food is very delicious. Raw material used in preparation is authentic. Service is as you required. Staff is very kind enough to feel happy. Ambiance is good, homely. Feeling of staying more time here. People should visit here for real kolhapuri taste.

The staff is quite happy and satisfied. As a result they all treated us very nicely. Ms. Shivani was at our service and she dealt very politely with us. Overall it was a wonderful experience here at Atria! Thank you..

Very supportive staff. Excellent facilities. We stayed here for one night. Well maintained rooms. Prompt service. We had a breakfast. Excellent and delicious food. Very good dining area. Plenty of variety to choose from. While checkout, I forgot my Digital Watch. I just informed them. Prompt action was taken by the staff to courier the same to residential address. I would like to thank all of them for their cooperation.

I was with my family for 3 days stay in Atria hotel... It was great experience I must say. Rooms were clean and have specifically took care for hygiene. All Staffs was extremely polite and cordial.. Food was great in taste ...lots of varieties for breakfast..dinning area was fab ... Location is near from bus stand and railway stations.. Facilities for car parking.. Overall I am extremely satisfied and happy with this hospitality.

Worst property I have ever seen in my hotel stays. Management charged me 2000 for stains on bedsheets. I asked them for rules and regulations. FO staff HK manager were speechless. Arrogant staff. GM was unavailable. Food disaster. Bedbugs inside room. Smelly washrooms. Old property like 80s era. WiFi not working.

I had a great stay at Hotel Atria, Kolhapur. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was courteous and always ready to assist with any requests, which made the experience even better. A special mention to Vijay for his outstanding service -- he was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. His professionalism and warm attitude really stood out. The food at the vegetarian restaurant was. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city, and the ample parking space was an added bonus.

The hotel is nicely located. The front office staff seem a little rude and blunt. The service staff are extremely good. The hotel has other shops rented out which negates the points. The car parking is at the rear end . The hotel lobby and passages are poorly maintained. There are gas cylinders placed in the corridor. The entrance from the parking is dingy with bad odor. The food is average. The front office manager was extremely uncooperative.

I visited several states and hotels, during my official trip but this hotel has very poor management and rude staff. I booked this hotel over call, all tariffs including early check-in charges i agreed. The room was provided like a box, no simple chair over there, flush not working, broken bucket and so on. I requested front staff, only one answer, I get back to after discussion with my manager and they never come back during the two night stay.||||Pathetic service and behaviour of staff, not at all recommended.
