Hotel 3 Leaves, Kolhapur

We had booked 2 rooms at Hotel 3 leaves, Kolhapur - 1 Suite room and 1 standard AC room in the 1st week of May 2025. The hotel is situated in a busy thoroughfare in Kolhapur but the security personnel deployed at the entrance ensured that we immediately got a safe & reserved car parking. They also have ample parking at the basement & good assistance by the security personnel there too. The stay was quite good with very courteous front office staff. Appreciate the assistance provided by Amol and Uday. The suite room was excellent and quite comfortable for my elderly parents. The hotel had a decent breakfast menu too. Overall, I would say that the hotel is being managed very well and we had an excellent stay.

Rooms are decent enough with all the basic facilities available. It was neat and clean when we entered the room. Towels in Bathroom was not fresh, it was truly giving feeling like as it was used before and they just wrap up and keep it back. TV was initially not working because of loose connection. Small fridge in the room was also not working. They need to uplift this basic items, rest stay was fine.

A hotel with all good amenities situated near the Central bus stand. Their banquet is well known with an open terrace. Ambience is too good of the events. The quality of the food both veg and non veg is amazing. They provide you with the packages of the event. The owner and the staff are co-operative.

I visited for lunch, no parking found first. Guard came after 10 mins and arrogantly shown the parking. Lifts was not available for half hour. I came to the hotel at 1.30 and it took half hour to reach fifth floor from ground floor. It took another one hour for serving main course, and the manger came and said the hotel is going to close please give remaining order if any. If you have more than two hours for lunch you can choose this ... ( The chiken was from freezer and hence was very hard and cold inside, poor food)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for an extended period--44 days in total. Throughout the entire stay, every team member I encountered was exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is a hotel that also has a banquet roof top space for birthday parties , etc. Hotel is clean and hygenic Staff is polite and helpful Prices are moderate Hotel location is good Hotel is kid friendly Hotel has lift for stroller / users Parking is available Food quality was good and taste was decent.

The Experience of Dinner in 3 Leaves was Amazing.Food and Ambience was just too good.A perfect place for family dineout. Diwani Handi is a must try.Staff was very polite and service was very prompt. And yes if you have a big group and do give a try to roof top experience..... All in all 3 Leaves is a must visit Restaurant.

Good experience as the service and hotel was great. The only disappointment was breakfast spread. Basic breakfast items were missing like idli, poha, Upma, paratha, etc. if any one of these would have been there then I would have given a 5 star rating. But yeah, this was the only area of improvement rest everything was great!!!
