Best place to relax for few days in a farm-house type resort. Friendly people to help you with all your room services with prompt response. Even provide home made food which is damn tasty, you will not required any other option after this. Reasonable rates with a great services and surrounding nearby. Just a km from kolad market area. Also the guest has been guided properly for all the nearby places to visit, specially for River Rafting for which Kolad is famous for.

It was one of those close to nature type experience. Rooms are ok. Staff is co-operative and helpful. Food is absolutely delicious since it's kind of homemade food. Parking is available and free. Surrounding is filled with fruitbearing trees of Mango, Chickoo, White apple, Guava and Papaya. One of the good places in Kolad to stay.
Rates were not very high owner was nice. But it's not a luxurious resort but can stay.
good and clean room, big outside area, parking ample, hygenic food, couteous and kind staff
