Hotel Great Annapurna

We were scheduled to stay at this hotel, but due to unforeseen circumstances on Hanuman Jayanti, we weren't able to reach the hotel. The hotel management was very understanding and promptly processed our refund. The communication was smooth, and the refund was credited back to our account quickly. We appreciate the hotel's customer service and flexibility. Thank you for your understanding and assistance. If you're looking for a hotel with good customer service and hassle-free refund policies, this is definitely worth considering.

The rooms are bad, no basics provided- table chairs, no cupboard to keep your luggage! I had booked an AC room, noisy AC and fan, and an unclean bathroom. Except bed no other furniture. No lift, please avoid if preferring for a stay with Lift. Attached with a restaurant, the taste is fine but too pricey and not worth it for the quantity.

My parents and I visited this place for lunch. The restaurant is around 5 kms away from Ellora Caves entrance. The location is good with lots of trees and shade. The dining area is roomy, but the chairs and tables are cramped. Too many of them and the arrangement is not ergonomical. The restaurant is pure veg, but the food is ok, not that great. It is too oily for me and my family's palate.

We got the worst room of hotel. Flush was not working. 3-4 times plumber came to fix it but was not able to. Shower was missing. Whole night our room stinked due to leakage of flush. We were not able to sleep due to smell. When we told to change room they told we only have one room available. Not provided basic necessities like quilt or comforter. As we already paid rent in advance, we had no choice other than to suffer. Food was also average. I will not recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is a three star property. The property has single, double, triple, four and eight beds available combinations. They provided hot water during winter round the clock and also have driver rest rooms without any cost. The distance from temple is approximately 5 Km. Overall good budget property to have peaceful stay.

We ordered a variety of dishes, including Manchow soup, potato chilly, paneer crispy, and fried rice. Unfortunately, none of the dishes impressed us. The food was tasteless and lacked flavor. Everything was just edible, but not enjoyable. Overall, while the hotel has its strengths, the restaurant needs significant improvement. If there would have been a rating in negative that is also less for this disgusting place. The food is just worst. We had ordered sev bhaji and a broken cement particle was found and the owner casually says that in the sev stones are found that must have come in the dish. The masalas and oil used are also not at all good, it will detoriate your health. My mother passed out by consuming their food. Kindly refrain from having your food here.

Very nice ambience during our lunch. Service was amazing at resturant. Food quality was awesome.
