I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Grand. The hotel seems newly built, with clean rooms, spotless washrooms, and well-designed interiors. The location is also excellent. What truly sets this place apart is the hospitality and support from the owner and staff. During our stay, an unfortunate incident occurred--in the evening, a kid on a scooty hit my father from behind and fled. The hotel owner immediately stepped in to help, going above and beyond to assist us. He arranged for a local doctor first, then ensured we reached the city hospital for an X-ray and further treatment, providing us with a driver for transportation. He stayed with us and supported us until midnight, making sure my father received the best care. I am truly grateful for their kindness and assistance during such a difficult time. This level of service and humanity is rare. Highly recommend this hotel, not just for its stay but for the exceptional hospitality.

Can you say a very good clean, tidy, good smell rooms, the day, 12 January 2025, the hotel is full. I got the last room and very happy with the way the hotel is the staff is good. Supportive Room is good. Food is good. All the good experience. I am from Gujarattourist can say one of the good hotels. I got in this to. Nice place to stay but has no in-house restaurant. They've menu from near by hotel. You can order over phone and lunch/dinner gets delivered to your room. They've tastefully designed the place with two small gardens and with plants. Looks easy on eyes

Nice clean hotel in a good location from the Ellora Caves. We had a good nights sleep here after roaming around Ellora Caves. Service was good Bed was comfortable Room was clean Bathroom good Parking on or in front of the hotel is good. Suggestion: make sure the quilt has a cover otherwise you'll need to wash the quilt after every stay.

It is a very new and very clean property in great condition. We were given the best room (with balcony) even upon late check-in, but although the room was nice, a spotlight from the beautiful garden shined through the curtain and we requested for a different room instead being light-sensitive sleepers. Staff was very accommodative and shifted us immediately, even prepared the bed freshly, which already looked ready made. Room and bathroom were very clean, and we loved that there is a kettle available to make ourselves coffee in the morning and mint tea at night. What stood out for us were the staff service, who were very friendly and helpful, ready to assist you at all times. We also liked that it is close to the Ellora caves (we just hailed a tuk tuk along the main road outside of the hotel), and the location allowed us to explore Khuldabad by foot which is a less touristy, very authentic and interesting village. The bed's mattress was a little too hard / firm for our taste. We also had some noise from neighbouring construction till slightly past 11 pm on one of our nights, but that's not the hotels fault and was not happening the other nights. Overall a very pleasant study and we would come back to this place or recommend to family and friends.

The rooms were neat and clean , loved the little garden they have in the front . The location is very near to ellora cave and sri grishneswar temple, it took hardly 10 mins to reach these locations by car
