Hotel Aadarsh Palace

Avoid this hotel at all costs! Located far from the main city, it's a logistical nightmare. Transportation options are scarce, and when available, they're exorbitantly priced. You're better off opting for hotels near the temple, like Ellora Heritage. The staff's attitude is unhelpful and unfriendly. To make matters worse, there's a lack of actual staff - laborers seem to be acting as staff, which is unprofessional. One of the most shocking experiences was when they served tea in a plastic bag, which felt like something you'd give to a servant. The hotel itself is in a pathetic state, still under construction, and it shows. Security is also nonexistent. Don't waste your money or your time. Stay away from this hotel and be wary of the staff's misleading claims.

This hotel is newly built, clean and offers 24/7 hot water, a small play area for kids, and they will give you complimentary MediMix. towels, handwash and coffee maker electronic jar however, the WiFi and TV aren't functional. Since there's no landline in the room, you'll need to call the attendant for assistance, but they won't call back if they miss your call. The in-house restaurant is open from 7:30 AM to 11 PM. Had to give multiple reminders for Room cleaning. I had an issue with the staff, Furkan, who didn't bring milk despite being informed an hour ago and didn't even had courtesy to apologize when confronted. There were also two instances of the water running out, and I had to call them to refill. You'll need to pay for any food orders on the spot, rather than at checkout as per their policy. Despite these issues, it's a decent place to stay, but the water problem is a significant concern.

Staff is very nice and polite but hotel is not clean bed sheets are of poor quality quilt also have oil stain and bathrooms were not clean , Had asked there staff to clean and they did it but needs lot improvement in cleanliness

Had a very pleasant n comfortable stay at Aadarsh palace hotel... with spacious rooms which were clean and neat...very courteous staff with great hospitality..restaurant food was also good...would definitely recommend this hotel
