THE GRAND LEELA | RESORT

First of all, property is amazingly superb. Location is beautiful a landscape of mountain adding a cherry on top. Pool is so neat and clean and very less amount of Chlorine in it makes a plus point. Food is also good. Here we had some issues but after talking to the staff and management it was cleared and then they help and took good care of us.. I really appreciate that part from both the hotel staff and management.. Overall it's an amazing place to hang around.. Must visit this place.. Specially in the rainy season as the view is amazingly beautiful.. We will visit the property again in rainy season for sure ..Don't know when but will make sure to visit once ..

I had a wonderful stay at The Grand Leela Resort from May 3rd to 5th, 2025. The resort was very well maintained, with a peaceful ambiance and scenic surroundings. The service was consistently good throughout our stay--staff were polite, attentive, and helpful. One of the highlights was the pure vegetarian restaurant, which truly exceeded expectations with its variety and taste. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent veg dining options.

My experience at this resort was amazing! The service was excellent and the staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the environment was very peaceful. I recently had a delightful stay at a lovely hotel, which was well-appointed and offered many amenities. The food was delicious, and the rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. The staff were also very pleasant. We received a wonderful deal with all meals included in the package.

One of the best Resorts for a weekend getaway for people in and around Mumbai/Navi Mumbai. The rooms are spacious, neat and clean. The restaurant serves amazing food which is quite hygienic and prepared on fresh basis as per the order. The staff was kind enough to prepare Order as per our requirements. The swimming pool is clean and well maintained. Overall amazing resort with awesome hospitality. They have sufficient Parking space. Must try Resort in Khopoli.

We had best stay at The grand Leela. I would like to mention special thanks to Ms. Shweta for her humble and prompt service. We gad 11 months baby with us and staff supported us with all the things we required. Happy with the ambience and Service.

The rooms, staff, ambience, view everything is 100/10 we enjoyed alot. I had brought some guests along with me for a short staycation and they all were very impressed. But there are a few things the management needs to cater to. 1st and the most important one.. the restaurant staffing. The existing staff is soo good, very humble but management needs to understand that they need more staff.. we waited for 2 to 2.5 hours for both lunch and dinner. Lunch time was not busy but still we orders different things and they were not able to serve us on time.. the staff said sorry to us like a million times. We know its not their fault.. the management needs to up their game. The dinner tym was soo busy, there were soo many people.. the boys must be tierd going up and down for million times.. but they still had a smile and kept saying sorry.. special mention to Captain Vignesh.. great job. So management if you wanna make your place appealing you need to get more staff in your kitchen. 2. The game room needs an AC. OMG! That game room is like an oven. Please put an AC there. 3. Kindly ask your staff to clean the pool. There are litrally pebbles in there which pokes in our feet. Some of them are even a bit sharp. Othere thn these issues... everything is excellent. We enjoyed alot.
