The place is located away from town on the outskirts. The overall appeal is pleasant. Rooms are well furnished, the bathroom exhaust is too powerful for such a requirement. The food preparation is ok till the time it's just the main course. The starters are extremely greasy , this is due to the palm oil being reused and secondly over heating. The pool side is decent, banquets/lawns well maintained.

Nice Place to spend some time with Family, Colleagues and Friends. This Resort is located in pleasant place near Hill side and most joyful thing is that near by their private Waterfall. Only Veg food is available here. Liquor also serves here mainly Beers. Plenty of Parking Space available here. Rooms and Service is good. Most attractive is Swimming Pool, Indoor Games and Rain Dance which can be enjoyed in all seasons mainly in Summer.

Pros- 1. Good property especially during raining season as you can witness the waterfall and do a small hike. 2. Big swimming pool 3. Decent room size Cons- 1. Poor maintenance of property. Ac not working in Game room, manager is not even bothered to fix it as I visited the property in span of a year and still found the same issue. 2. Pool table is for namesake as the sticks are broken and balls are missing. The other billard table is no longer functional. TT bats are broken. Limited operational hours for Game room (upto 9 pm). Management should think of keeping it open allowing customers to use it late hours as the purpose is to have good time with family and friends while on holidays. 3. Limited food options (ala carte and buffet), takes a lot of time to serve food. Limited restaurant operational hours. 4. Cricket turf is not covered so no point of having the turf as you would keep hitting the ball outside of play area.

It's very bad service for staffs. No working AC staffs also not happy to give customers service. please don't come next time here.....

Not so good as property is dont feel any extra ordinary things.. pool is small just like normal resort
