Sai River Resort

Rating: Extremely disappointed with our stay. The service was poor, and the rooms were in an unhygienic condition. There was no proper water supply in the washrooms, and the TV wasn't working either. The staff, including the receptionist, was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout our stay. The garden area was also poorly maintained, and most of the toys and play equipment for children were damaged and unsafe. The quality and taste of the food were terrible, and despite all this, both the room and food were overpriced. Overall, the experience was far below expectations and definitely not worth the tariff charged. I would not recommend this resort to anyone.

I visited Sai River Resort two days ago with my family, including my 7-month-old baby. Upon arrival, I was given a normal room despite having booked a cottage in advance. After I informed the reception, they eventually moved us to a cottage. But what followed was the worst and most horrifying experience of my life. After changing our clothes, we went to the water park. When we returned two hours later, we found hundreds of red ants all over our bed, bags, and clothes. We had placed our baby on the bed - thankfully, we noticed in time and picked him up before he was bitten. I shudder to think what could have happened. I raised a complaint immediately, but no one from management came to check or respond. The AC in the room was also not working. I informed the reception around 11:00 AM, but the maintenance team only showed up after 6:00 PM. When I asked the technician, he said he wasn't informed by the reception staff at all. Eventually, they shifted us to another cottage in the evening. But the nightmare didn't end there. The door of the new cottage couldn't be locked from inside, which left us feeling unsafe and even more frustrated. Again, we were the only family in the entire resort, and still, the service was shockingly bad. We raised yet another complaint, and they had to shift us to a third room. Finally, I spoke to the owner, hoping for some understanding or compensation, but instead, he was rude, arrogant, and full of attitude. For a resort charging 8,000 per night, the facilities and service were completely unacceptable. Please do not visit this resort. It's unsafe, unclean, and poorly managed. A total waste of money and a serious risk for families, especially with children.

I had a wonderful experience here. The location couldn't have been better, and the service provided was excellent. Mr. Tirtho deserves special mention for his outstanding leadership of the team. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend this place/service

We visited with family - Zip line is unsafe & caretaker lacks experience ; my wife fell from zipline as it was not tucked properly ; free fall from 15-20 feet ; the staff n resort teams support was v bad and we ended up heading back for apollo navi mumbai as there was no local help available. They did not even bother to call us to check well being after we left. The place is unsafe , very risky ; pathetic in service ; and run by highly unprofessional staff

Very peaceful resort.. the rooms are good. The service was nice. The staffs there was very kind and helpful all Staff are very polite and helpful too. The food quality is good and tasty. Best for weekend. And the resort is budget friendly too. Overall nice experience

Had a disappointing experience at Sai River Resort. The food menu is overpriced, with basic items like a Sprite being sold for 68! The pool and activities timings are also poorly planned, overlapping and leaving guests frustrated. On top of that, service quality is based on the room category you book--those with lower-category rooms are treated rudely, while higher-category room guests get preferential treatment. Additionally, the food quality was below average for the high prices charged. Definitely not worth the money!

Awesome location, well service at rooms as well as events organised at resort. Perfect spot for destination wedding. Staff is very cooperative, specially Pranav Pathak took care of kids custom requirements. Thank you for making the event memorable.

I had the pleasure of staying at this extraordinary place, and it exceeded all my expectations! The rooms were beautifully crafted with wood, giving them a cozy, minihome.
