OYO Hotel Samrat Palace

The hotel/lodge is in market but the service is totally not satisfying. The staff are just not professional. No towels, bathroom soap and the toilet was totally choked so when they give room ,they just take money but not bother to check. Not recommended, go for other which are nearby even small lodges

Scam hotel and Horrible experience as staff try to trick you by giving a wrong QR to scan and then ask you to double payment saying if it comes to them they will refund, after which you call them they try to harass and exploit by saying they will do a police complaint as they have your id proof and all. Total scam hotel avoid going there, tried calling them they are not receiving and blocked my number from WhatsApp. Will try to complain against them let's see what happens

Rooms are good, staff is also good but their service is not up to the mark.

Ok to Stay at Affordable rates , Online booking not Accepted

At the entrance only we were asked to pay entire amount for two days..though we paid 1000/- in advance online from our hometown. The Manager was not willing to give us receipt and said "Sir aapka pay larke hogaya na, receipt ki jarurat nahi". We still asked for it adamantly so he had to give. On check out day the boy at the counter found it's still balance in his registered and asked those additional 1800/- bucks ..imagine if we had no receipt with us, we would have to pay 1800/- again.

Pls dnt book the room in this hotel here it's the worst service nd the language of speaking is so worst nd waste of money I think it should be closed if u can service properly *Pls take some other hotel but dnt book here *

Never ever think about this. Worst hotel. If you come before 9 am you have to use stairs with ur luggage till 3 rd floor. Worst experience overall.

Value for money, walkable distance from station. Owner and staff friendly and helpful
