StayVista at Eden Glade - Khopoli | Premium Villa with Swimming Pool

Good place to chill, good rooms; but the water system is really bad, water went out thrice in our one day stay. Everytime the caretaker had to go somewhere to switch on the motor so we could have water in washrooms. Was frustrating experience to be honest. Stay vista did nothing in this case, nor refunded the amount.

The villa is really beautiful and the pool is amazing but we faced severe issue with the water situation at the property. Each time we wanted to use the washroom, take showers or even wash hands, there was no water available. The caretakers were very clueless about how to handle the situation. We were there for 1 night and we had to wait for hours for the water to come in the taps. When we woke up in the morning there wasn't even enough water to brush our teeth. The stayvista team was pretty useless. They weren't even apologetic about the situation. This really spoilt our experience. If you visit the property, please keep in mind to inform the caretaker to switch the pump on at least 1 hours before you actually want to use the washroom and kitchen. The reason to book via stayvista is to make sure issues like these are sorted. But it was a really bad experience for our full group. We need a refund Stayvista!
