Hotel Chitara Residency

Low quality food as compared prices I heard complains about people getting sick after having food in this restaurant. Yes!! Speaking about prices normal dishes starting from 350/- onwards and quality of Food is totally horrible. I even doubt they even know anything about 3 star service. I think they mean 3rd class service including 3rd class food.

Before staying in this Hotel i request you all to take some time and read this Experience was terrible about This Hotel which is just 750meters Away from Ratnagiri Railway Station. Its a 3 star Hotel with Bar. But be aware they serve food of such quality which can cause you to get to meet Doctor. Yes!! Me and my family were returning from GanpatiPule and stayed 11-01-2025 reached at around 1-2pm. Had lunch at 2.30pm around something and We started vomiting at 4-4.30pm and my 2 and a half year old Toddler started vomiting at night 1.30am we rushed to Hospital ASAP!! Please be aware!! Asthetic is not always it as ..good Food is very Important. My grandma got Gastro problem now. Me and my wife went to hospital for saline IV. Highly Recommended not to Stay!!! I had book this hotel from @makemytrip.com they should also not recommend this hotel to anybody

Very Good Rooms , ambience and service. Room size is okay . Excellent food at their restaurant. Manager Ms. Aditi is very attentive and keeps thorough check on everything. Will definitely visit second time.

Overall Stay was very good at the hotel. Staff was very cooperative and provided us early checkin and late checkout. Room service was very prompt. They have inhouse restaurant and food was awesome. We never expected such delicious food in Ratnagiri. Only small suggestion is to add few more options in breakfast. Parking space available and also nearby Railway station. Rest all were good.
