007 UNIVERSE Resort and Spa

Overall experience was ok... Rooms are spacious but lacks maintenance and cleanliness... We had lizards running all over in our room...We were group of 10 folks and had 3 rooms...flush was not working in 1 of the rooms..though they repaired it ...it stopped working again after some time....food was ok...but had to wait for quite some time for them to refill..staff is good and friendly... overall the resort needs maintenance and cleanliness...if you are not that fussy abt these things can survive 1 night

Pritiji owner is very grounded and helpful so are the staff. My third visit with absolutely no complaints. The resort is in the midst of nature covering exceptional view of mountains while you enjoy the pool. Discoteque and the DJ player makes your evening rocking. Indoor games occupies your day and evening pool experience is worth visit atleast once. You visit once and i promise the services offered will pull you again. Value for money.

Had a wonderful stay at 007 Universe Resort and Spa. We were warmly welcomed with a refreshing drink, which set the tone for a great experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Great location and excellent facilities--I'd highly recommend it!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I stayed for 2 days. Very peaceful and cleaned for stay. Food was as awesome as resort with daily maintained routine. Staffs are good.

If you have a big group, you can enjoy. Pros : rooms are good, separate room for dancing, calm place Cons: food service is not so good, no slides, no rain dance

Resort is situated in scenic view and lush greens.Calm and cosy environment for total relaxation and remain stress free. Staff is very courteous and service is awesome!! Variety of food to enjoy and ample space to Rome and play into pool. Highly Recommended.................
