Not a good place at all. Rooms are not clean and the worst thing is blanket pillow covers and bedsheets are dirty and dusty. We arrived at 8 in the morning. The room was already booked by one of our local friend, when we arrived they gave us key as room was already vacant. Next day morning that hotel fellow came and said you have to vacant the room after 10 min. I asked then atleast wait for 1 hour we just woke up but he refused to listen. So I paid him some money and vacant room around 11. And yes you will not get hot water at all.

Worst experience. Rude behaviour of owner with me and female members of family. We recently hosted a event in their Hall. The lights near the stage we made were not working. The most funny thing here is the charge for using A.C. in the party hall is "600rs. Per hour" and still the 3 A.C.s does not cool the room. There is a rule that you cannot book catering from outside for food. So unfortunately we had to book the catering services of hotel. We told them to prepare food for 125 people even though our guest list was of 115 people. Still can you believe that during event the food was finished only after 50-60 guests having their food. When discussed with hotel staff they informed us that they had no idea of the no. Of people. The owner did not tell them that info. When we called owner, (the owner already left for home), did not pick calls at 9 pm only. When called from random number he picked call. Even after picking call he fought with my family members on call. We faced lot of humiliation from guest and lost lot of money. Extremely overpriced and bad services. Never ever book it! Apart from everything else main issue is the extremely RUDE OWNER. He does not talk properly even when you talk to him nicely. Gives hateful answers and rude replies even if you talk humbly. His behaviour is Same for females as well.

Decent quality of food with reasonable Rates. Good place to stay for regular guests, The imp points that steals the ratings are No lift facility, very difficult for over weight n sr citizens, While entering the room on ground floor, the is a store room in middle which is next to wash room, the condition of that store room is quite disappointing n also the rates are quite higher side, Accommodation is not preferable from my point of view, at same rates you have many more Best options with in same areas. But not a Great place for VIP or VVIP guests, Beautiful party lawn, Quite enough Seminar/conference hall,

Seating arrangement, hygiene & structure of hotel is good. Service of workers is also good but the food is not. I'm going to give only 3 stars for hotel and service but zero for the food. Coz what I ate was tasteless. My relatives who often go to this hotel and love to eat there on that day they also not liked the food. They need to maintain taste and quality of food.

Rooms are clean and tidy. Service is good. Restaurant offer good food. Rates are affordable. Situated in heart of the city. Popular in the city. Though the common washrooms are extremely bad. Offer huge parking space in open space, but dusty. Rooms are large and spacious. Infrastructure is old but acceptable.

The hotel is the best rated hotel in Khamgaon. However, our experience was very bad. You have to climb 3 floors as there is no lift. The general upkeep and surroundings are dirty. Rooms are not clean, no towels provided, lighting not good. Only good point was the AC was working. Washrooms are dirty and the doors are broken. You find CRT tv in the room with Tata Sky connection which is not recharged. Nithing great in food options. Overall, please avoid if you can.

The phone was out of service to order in the room, there is no facility to ring the bell at the reception, And the hotel has a bar attached, so it does not feel comfortable to eat. And Hotel is 1 km from bus stand

Budget hotel in Khamgaon. Room condition is Ok but bathroom is not neat & clean. Charges bit high amount for non-ac rooms. Restaurant service is available but food quality is average. 24 hrs checkout and accepts cards for payment. Staying for a day is Ok.
