Worst hotel worst owner and worst reception. No matter how polite you will talk to them how much days you are staying. The owner is rude no respect for there guest. 13 year of my loding experience first time i found this kind of people and lodge dont stay here.

Good service and good room

Good place to stay overnight at cheap rates. AC and non AC rooms available at affordable rates. Situated in Civil lines is easily accessible and easily locatable. Convenience stores available nearby. Nearby boarding facilities also available. Public transport can also be accessed from guest house front. Parking space is maxed at 2-3 cars in front. 2 ATMs available nearby for immediate cash needs.

Worst experience. Rooms are below avg. Room service is very bad and i was shock when a person came to my room at 12.30 midnight and ask me for rs 150 extra for using water cooler and hotel owner also with him . After a long discussion they go back. bloody beggar. I will request to all please dont stay here. If you want loose your sleep and money then you can try............ BHIKHARI GUEST HOUSE

Don't expect much except it's very cheap. The ac rooms are rs.1000|Ac , tv attached toilet is available. |There is no restaurant.But the staff can bring food from nearby restaurants if you order.|There s a tea and snacks shop and a very good bakery in the ground floor of the building.

Very good location in a sleeping town Khamgaon. If you happen to in this place visit Sarkar .

Everything is good.....but please make hot water available 24 x 7 and bathroom should be more cleana

Good but non ac rooms facilities is below avg level.bathroom not cleaning and room service avg its costwise ok only 400 rs for non ac rooms
