Easy and convenient location on the main road is the only point that earns this place a additional second star, else this place deserves none. Unclean rooms leaking washrooms non working cooling system and the list goes on and to add woes there was no bottled water available with the hotel, I guess that sums up the situation in totality.

I've booked Delux AC Room for Night stay on 5th Jan. After long journey & tiring day, i reached here at this pathetic hotel nearby 11.30pm. The given room was very shabby & seems like used by some one before me. Toilet wasn't clean not even flushed, urinal stain on sit. Hotel staff is totally drunk & arguing with me that if the toilet is dirty go clean by yourself. after a while he gave me a Non AC Room & I hv no option left rather than spending my night over here as I am new to this town. Mosquitoes everywhere & bedsheets are smelling. Try not to stay here guys, check some another options nearby

One of the Pathetic Lodges I've ever seen... No proper bathroom, even the bedsheets are not clean ... The sofa has all the dust and spider webs at corners... The Water Quality is pathetic having worms and the dust ... No proper light arrangement and what not

Rooms are ok, not hygienic, water and AC works. If its last option or if you want to stay nearby main road for better connectivity then preferred.

My rating for this hotel can be in negative. From dirty bedsheets to dirty blankets but there was no better option around so I had to adjust but it is overpriced and pathetic. The manager himself keep staring like a vulture. There was delay in checkin as my train was late.and he made me pay extra. Very very bad behaviour. Very unhappy with their services and would not recommend anyone. In th end I had to ask him for bill . He seems adamant to give me the bill too. He could even lie on ur face. Really bad experience. Very very bad

Hotel is going under renovation and once it is complete it has the potential to rise up to the reputation of being the best hotel in and around Khamgaon. Various customer friendly amenities available nearby. Banks, ATMs, Sundry needs store, Bakery, Tea Shop free parking etc are available within close by distance. Nice cozy rooms, bedroom apartments are on offer.

Good place to stay in khamgaon. The rooms were clean and reasonably big. The service was good and staff was also cooperative. No food facility available in the hotel though they provide breakfast with limited menu. But all the facilities are available at walking distance.

No value for Money they charge you 2000/- but condition of AC is so poor and there is no water available in washroom.
