Location is good on the main road itself. But the hotel is in 1st floor without any lift. Elderly person with luggage will be tuff to move in. The rooms are old and somewhat dirty. No parking, need to park in the road itself.

The owner of the hotel is very arrogant and don't know how to talk with the customer and over priced

The room has some problems like slightly dirty bathroom, and ac was on low os I did not feel it . By the way the service was good and the staf was attentive and welcoming. The location was perfect as it is on the main road.

When we arrived at the location half the road including the front parking was being relaid and totally impassable. Meanwhile we were stuck in the most horrendous traffic as it was a small road with traffic going both ways. We were luckily to pass through unscathed. We found it difficult to communicate with the owner of the accommodation whose phone was not picking up. We had to leave and find other accommodation. When the owner was spoken to later he said if you had asked me I would have shown you a way to the back side of my place. I feel this is disingenuous, as he should have informed us of this at the time of booking or as soon as he knew. I can only imagine the rear entry, as the front even in normal times would be difficult to park in as it is right in the centre of a small Indian town. Needless to say he refused to refund our money. Perfect location on the main road with a very good market place around. The rooms are nicely decorated and the interior is very sophisticated. All of the people were incredibly nice and generous with their time and support to us and other customers there. We found the rooms to be extremely comfortable and clean. Very good to stay for coporates and family.

Ashoka INN is best place to spend your time when you are in city. It is close to railway station bus station and business places. Very very good Service provided at Ashoka INN. Both owner and staff are very polite and provide you all facilities you need. I recommend to book this hotel if you are in town.
