I planned a 4 day trip. Location and rooms were comfy. They advertise pools but real charm is the nature all around. Best months would be during monsoons with a great view of mountains and greenery all around. There are a few tourist spots nearby, Matheran being not far away. Night time - is when you see a few insects, mosquitoes, lizards etc. There are enough lights but anyone with phobias should avoid. Staff is polite, service is good enough. Their in-house dining has super tasty food and a full bar. Slightly expensive. Overall - 4.5 / 5

While the stay was pleasant, there are a few areas where they could improve. Although there's plenty of staff around, the management and coordination seem lacking. For instance, there was only one person handling all the bookings and check-ins at the reception, which led to delays. Additionally, it would be helpful if the hotel provided clearer descriptions of the rooms. Updating the room photos on booking platforms or their website -- especially for options like rooms with private pools -- would make the selection process much easier and more transparent for guests. Overall, it's a lovely place with great potential. A few operational tweaks would take the experience to the next level.

It was a decent stay at this resort with good food, service and decent garden and pool. There is a playroom with carrom, chess etc. Parking is outside the resort but there is a guard 24 hours. Don't go for room which has no view and has walls only to see. Rooms are decent with wooden finish and modern amenities. There is a small balcony as well. Be prepared for mosquitoes as this resort has many and management will not help you here at all except some good night coils. Pool is small and just outside the restaurant so there is no privacy. Food is yumm and is on expensive side. Also this place is very near to road so noisy all the time. Overall stay was decent for a night

The property was perfect for a fun getaway--spacious rooms, reasonable rates, and super chill staff. We had a blast at the pool and indoor games, making the most of every moment. The Silk Route Restaurant inside the property! We opted for the lunch and dinner buffets and made sure to eat till we couldn't anymore--totally worth every rupee. Overall, a fantastic value-for-money experience!

Had very nice stay at villament zinc Journey by the Fern Karjat!! Wonderful rooms beautiful surroundings. Entire property looks greeny. Restaurant very closed to swimming pool, however you can have very tasty food at their restaurant. Overall you can enjoy ur stay here.
