Mango Leaf Lake Resort

We visited this property as a group of 6-7 families with 4-5 kids. Upon check-in, we were offered only 5 glasses of welcome drink, which was oddly insufficient for our group size. When we requested more, we were given just 3 additional glasses--not the best first impression.||Since we were all very hungry, we headed straight to the restaurant during lunch hours. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. We ordered dal khichdi for the kids, but it had a pungent smell. The kids had already started eating because of hunger, but it was definitely not fresh. Later, we ordered dal tadka, which also had a similar unpleasant taste. Overall, the food during lunch was not up to the mark.||The receptionist was quite rude in his communication, which added to our discomfort. The check-in and check-out timings also felt a bit unreasonable--1 PM check-in and 10 AM check-out, which barely gives you time to settle in and enjoy the stay.||The swimming pool was another letdown. The water was dirty and clearly not maintained well, so we chose to avoid it. To add to the list, the TV in our room wasn't working either.||What we liked: The mango trees around the property were a refreshing touch. We really enjoyed the karaoke night and the beautiful sunset point, which added some positivity to our stay.||This place has potential, but it seriously needs better management and maintenance--especially when it comes to food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.

A perfect stress free family place ... Everything was on point. The rooms were very clean, spacious. The staff was very vigilant , quick and polite. Food was good. Felt very warm and comfortable. Beautiful serene.... It's a blessing to have such a lovely place at only one hour distance from Hinjewadi Pune.

Dear Hotel Mango Leaf Team,|Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay. The room was excellent with all necessary facilities, and the environment was very pleasant for everyone. The ducks and birds were a delightful addition that the kids especially loved, and the large lawn with views of Khadakwasla backwaters was fantastic for family time. Room service and food were also great and catered well to our needs. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable family experience!

Nice environment open space for children and adults to play games. Swimming pool is also good. Rooms are clean and food is awesome. Having birthday of family member so cake and decorated table is provided from their side really cooperative staff. Sure recommend this place for relaxation and enjoyment both.

Well maintained property, staff is great and excellent service. Areas of improvement could be food. Ambience is at its best. Enjoyed music during evening hours. One more area of improvement was TV unit, kids didn't get to watch TV. Safe environment throughout.

A wonderful resort, with 2 Downsides. Car parking is way away from the Resort and one has to hand over the car keys to the Valet. The car park, which is far away has no proper security. The second downside is that the Resort is not managed well. Rooms, facilities and food is excellent. Housekeeping needs overhaul.

Enjoyed every moment of my stay. The location , food, service, room everything was perfect. Indoor games, pool, small kids area, ducks roaming around, lake view dinning are among the amenities provided. Around 8-10 km from khadakwasla dam, a little secluded, however you can book a cab to/from without any trouble. I would definitely recommend this to all age and groups.
