The White Castle

Very poor service No responce from reception No lights in bathroom No lights in lift No man for service Not responding the calls One group of boys were listening very loud music, drinking alcohol at 2 am at night.....we called the staff and owner of the hotel, they said "those boys are our regular customer, its ok if they make noise, if you have problem you can leave the hotel". We asked for refund but owner said no refund. We left the hotel at 3 am bcoz we were family and we were tired. Very rude staff and owner towards us.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at The White Castle Hotel I recently stayed at The White Castle Hotel, and it was an absolute nightmare. The first thing that struck me was the appalling cleanliness. The room was filthy--there were stains on the sheets, dust on every surface, and an overwhelming musty odor that made it hard to breathe. The bathroom was even worse, with mold in the shower and grime on the tiles. It was clear that the housekeeping staff had not done their job properly. As if the cleanliness issues weren't enough, the behavior of the staff was shockingly unprofessional. When I raised concerns about the state of my room, the front desk clerk was dismissive and rude, acting as if I was an inconvenience. Instead of addressing the problem, they shrugged it off and offered no solutions or apologies. Overall, my stay at The White Castle Hotel was horrendous. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and find a hotel that values cleanliness and treats its guests with respect.

Worst room service. Linen was burnt and dirty. Rooms were not clean. No one is available at reception for queries. Overall its not worth staying.

We stayed at Hotel White Castle for 2 days and I must recommend this place. They have huge spacious rooms and the hotel is clean. We had free wifi in the hotel. Location wise it's great. Market and food were nearby. If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel with all the basic facilities then visit white castle without any hesitation....

I would like share my personal experience regarding the same. 1. Room which was shown before making a payment was different and after getting a payment they had given us different and smaller sized room. 2. Water bottle was not given after plenty of reminders. 3. Geyser problem in one room so didn't get hot water for bath. 4. We had booked rooms for 6 people. The breakfast provided only 5 plates that was also after several reminders. 5. Tea was also not and given after repeated reminders. Seems we were begging to get tea, breakfast and water. So, we had to left from there without taking a breakfast and tea.

Soo firstly I would like to say that it's the worst hotel I've ever been in.There was trash outside our room which smelt horrible, the rooms weren't clean and the cupboard was broken.Even the shower was defective. The receptionist lied when we asked for towels and he didn't get them, he said they had come but we didn't open the door which was not true at all as we didn't hear any knock on the door. Never book this hotel.

This hotel is of thugs! Booked this room via Brevi Stay during my work trip. It was a nightmare in the daytime. Toilets were leaking, full of stink. Ac wasn't functioning. Closet door was broken. No telephone to contact reception. Not a single soap or handwash. Stay away from this hotel! Red flag!

The room was good and clean, But at servicing first they didn't know the way of talking, neither were they help like I needed to wait for a water bottle for 2 hrs or he asked to pickup from the reception.
