Recently visited this Superb homestay for our family vacation. Place is serene and beautiful with lush greenery all around. Perfect homestay for family or couple, especially old who aren't able to climb stairs. Staff is well mannered and offered utmost attention to every request and details. Honoured to say that Mr. Kaustubh Limaye was our perfect host and catered to all our needs personally. If you prefer home cooked food, this is the place. A perfect homestay highly recommended.

Rooms and the area were clean and the service was top notch. The food was fresh and simply amazing. The host was polite and always available. Even the view is nice. Overall it's a 10 on 10.

The place is nearby from Ratnagiri station and city. It's a very clean and well maintained place. Everything is really thoughtful about the place. The rooms are not numbered but named after different flowers. The whole place is filled with different plants and flowers all around the property. The rooms and toilets are clean and well maintained. A drying handler is provided. There is a river back side of the property. The food is really tasty and authentic home cooked veg meal. The owners are always present and attentive on the property. It made a good hospitality. The prices and rates are affordable and worth it. Must try !

Had a wonderful experience, perfect place for 1-2 days stay in Ratnagiri. Perfect ambience, clean rooms with every small required facility covered, for example room even had an extension electric board to charge your devices efficiently, small thing but you don't get to see such things everywhere. Plus you get a brilliant view of the sunset as this place also has the backwaters attached to it, one of the highlights for this place. They cook 'gharcha jevan' and the taste was literally awesome. Great hospitality, enough parking, great surroundings and the main point is all this comes with a very affordable price, which makes this place a 5/5 for your stay in Ratnagiri. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Excellent homestay for a group or family with homemade food. The property has ample space to walk and play around. Filled with plants of various species even the room names are based on flowers. The owner is courteous, well behaved and polite.
